Buy El Diablo by Robinson, M from desertcart's Fiction Books Store. Everyday low prices on a huge range of new releases and classic fiction. Review: PHENOMENAL!!!! A True Gangster! - PHENOMENAL!!!! Wow, what a phenomenal read. Wow, this book had me hooked from beginning to the end, this is one of my favourite reads mafia/gangster. This is the first book I have read from M. Robinson and I’ll certainly be buying more. Her writing is sensational. This book is written in 4 parts starting with the life Alejandro is born into, family, father and the life of EL Diablo, ‘the devil’ was bought into giving the reader the understanding we need to help with the main character and how he became the man he is. He soon learns that weak isn’t an option and never by all means show feelings. As a young man he watched and saw so many things, learning family is everything, or is it? We learn as he grows he’s does anything to protect his family, and keep a close eye on those who got away. His life is full of money, woman, bodyguards and having those in the background he trusts. The story moves on when Lexi, a young girl loving ballet, giving her the solidarity to keep going. Her mum depressed, who ended up taking her life, leaving her with the step-dad who touched her, believing she was the mum. Life is horrible, placed in a foster home, having nothing. Lexi learned to defend for herself, stay strong. Until her path crossed with EL Diablo. “Every Devil needs an Angel” Alejandro tries his best to push away, protect her from him, protect himself, but something triggers, something ignites to keep him going back to her. I adore the mobster, the killer, the devil “EL Diablo” nothing but evil. The book has everything angst, passion, twists, suspense and each page, had me held on gripping, loving a bad guy, just needing that little bit more. The endings I didn’t see and is well played out. The man you call the ‘devil’ might just have a tiny heart! Review: Wow each book M writes gets better and better - Wow each book M writes gets better and better. She is a pure evil Genuis with keeping you hooked, destroying you and then putting you back together to destroy you again before the HEA she gives you. I was so desperate to read this after the way Crave Me finished, I needed to know what happened and omg what a ride up to that point where you catch up to that final scene. Alejandro Martinez is a very bad man. A hot sexy bad man who eluded power and danger. His name 'El Diablo' has been well earnt with his actions. Even though he's the devil you can't help having a love/hate/love/hate/love relationship with him. You see all sides of him throughout this book. It's a real emotional Rollarcoaster starting with what happened at the beginning to put him on this path of darkness and loneliness. The story starts with him as a teenager, his father is the mob boss who wants him to follow in his footsteps and be the most feared man. I don't want to say to much about what happens to spark this change from the teenager to the devil as it will give it away and ruin the ride for you but I will say it broke my heart. Lexi is a beautiful angel in this story, she finds her way into your heart straight away. She's had a hard life, no-one has really been there for her, she's been alone most of her life. She knows what kind of man Martinez is but she only sees the good in him, to her, he is Alejandro. She blossoms into a strong and determined woman who will not bow down to anyone, Alejandro included, and she will do what it takes to follow her dreams of being a ballet dancer. Martinez knows Lexi is his Achilles heel, she is a danger to him and her by simply being around, she creeps under his skin, letting him feel emotions that he hasn't felt in years, giving him hope, but he knows his life is too dangerous for him and her to be in it. She can't be his weakness and he can't bury someone else he loves. He constantly warns her that he is a bad man, he builds her up to keep knocking her back. He breaks her heart again and again but she still keeps coming back to him. Loved the scenes with the good Ol boys at the christening, and can't wait to read more from them in November. M. Robinson is the queen of angst and thank you for another amazing book and journey with characters that deep into your sole. She is the author who you just one click as you know her books with take you quite the journey and who's characters you will love regardless of what they do.

Alejandro & Lexi
Whoa! My head is reeling from all the secrets & revelations that unfolded in Alejandro & Lexi's story! Like the Good Ol' Boys books this story was packed full of highs & lows & just when you think this is it, they're finally going to make it wham the story goes off in a direction I didn't expect. I really enjoyed the beginning, meeting Alejandro as a teenager & understanding why he became the cold & callous man we met in Crave Me. Also enjoyed having his point of view on his relationship with Daisy/Briggs & why he raised her in the way that he did. Unlike the female characters from the Good Ol' Boys I didn't really connect with Daisy & I think that probably contributed to why I found the middle section of this book to be less captivating BUT the ending, well that, had me completely gripped once again.

“Every Devil Need An Angel. And She Was Mine.” I just finished reading EL DIABLO by M. Robinson and OMGEEEE! This book is beyond words! It is everything you dream of getting out of an M Robinson book and more! It's wildly passionate, hyper romantic, oozing sensuality and angst, melodrama and discord, passion and pathos. A bloody brilliant love saga with jaw dropping twists and turns galore (one in particular which I am STILL reeling from) and an EPIC ending that will leave you SWOONING! As is the case with all of this author’s novels, I had no clue what to expect from this story going in, and I can honestly say it has exceeded all my expectations! This book is on fire. Every single moment is riveting. Jawdropping. Heartbreaking. Visceral. ELECTRIFYING. And this author sure lives up to her #QueenOfAngst moniker in this book so my recommendation for incoming readers is this: Prepare Yourselves! Because you are in for one crazy effing ride! I swore no one could ever rival Dylan McGraw (hero of UNDO ME) as my top fave M. Robinson hero, but step aside Mr. McGraw because El Diablo owns me...heart and soul! Alejadro Martinez has ruined me for all other Alpha men! Ruined me!!! He is MY demise that is for sure! I thought I knew the kind of man Martinez was from my introduction to him in CRAVE ME, but this Good Ol’ Boys standalone spinoff is a GAME CHANGER!!! He is deliciously dominant, dangerous, ruthlessly cruel, exquisitely tender, fiercely protective, heartbreakingly tragic, and so lethally sexy it should be a crime! One minute you love him, the next you kind of loathe him (okay not really!) but let me put it this way: He is not a man to be crossed!!!! And young Lexi, his beautiful “cariño,” a sweet, strong, courageous prima ballerina who has also had her share of heartache and tragedy in her life, is a delectable thorn in his side…and Martinez’s match in every way. The tantalizing forbidden fruit he can never have but desperately craves. These two are like a force of nature when they are in a room together--fiery, passionate, intoxicating--but as hard as Martinez tries to push her away, to scare her off, there is no denying fate or destiny. Or a soul burning love that threatens to consume them both!!! But sweet heavens… what a hard, treacherous road this tortured duo have to traverse before they get their HEA! They have to endure so much, separately and together, and have so much going against them from the start. Let’s just say I went through my fair share of tissues and leave it at that. M. Robinson continues to boggle my mind with her writing prowess, her masterful craftsmanship and her innate ability to make me feel INTENSELY for her characters like none other. She raises the bar with each new book and EL DIABLO is what I feel is THE BOOK. The spellbinding, wildly addictive, utterly unforgettable book everyone will be talking about. It is hands down, M's absolute finest work to date. This author is a not only a brilliant storyteller but her ability to suck you into the story, enthrall you, enrage you, shatter your heart and then make you deliriously happy by miraculously reassembling it again is beyond compare. I was transfixed from page one and each and every scene, every SINGLE moment, had me in a vice grip. In closing, there is nothing more to say other than this. Read. This. Book. It is gonna decimate your world, just like it did mine!! 10 + devilishly delicious stars!

Intrigued. Consumed. Addicted. Mind Blown. Heartbroken. Shocked. Deliriously happy. Only some of the roller coaster of emotions I experienced reading EL DIABLO. This book was PHENOMENAL, gritty, intense, heart stopping, and spine tingling deliciousness!! It captivated me right from the beginning to the very end, and even now 24 hours later, I cannot stop thinking of the sinister, dominant, dark and protective Alejandro Martinez - this cruel yet fiercely protective dark angel will forever have a special place in my heart as my all time favourite dark hero. He has ruined me for all other anti heroes - past, present and future!! And Lexi is the ultimate heroine - fiery, strong willed, passionate - her soul burning, under the skin attraction to Alejandro is palpable. The chemistry between these two tortured souls is raw and visceral. Even when they are at each other's throats, their connection is electrifying!! EL DIABLO, by far, is M Robinson's BEST book to date. Her narrative is spellbinding and addictive; her plots and twists so intricately weaved; her characters so multi layered, broken, and tortured; her flawless ability to tie in past characters and stories; and of course her innate ability to make the reader FEEL for every single character. My advice? Be prepared with a lot of tissues and enjoy the fan-freakin-tastic ride that is synonymous with the #QueenofAngst!!!

What a read this was! I loved the whole book, going thru the life and times of Martinez, we see how and why he turned into what he was. This book took me on one crazy ride, there were some twists and turns I was definitely not expecting at all. All i can say is after everything these two have been through i love the journey.
