this thing is amazing. And at a very amazing price. Works just as good if not better than the 400 dollar one I tried and honestly almost bought. And also has lots more options. It has TENS and EMS as well as combo options of the 2. The strength settings are great. I have come nowhere close to needing the highest intensity on it. the 3rd or 4th level of intensity usually does the trick for me and I have a high tolerance. I use this for kinked muscles, headaches, nerve pain, back and neck pain. And even a quick massage ;) . and the battery last for ever, There are lots of electrode options in size and shape, ( you can even buy additional ones at a great price} you can use anywhere from 2 to 8 electrodes at a time depending on what you need. the cords are long so easy to tuck in clothing without them pulling off. and the actual device is super small and compact to fit in your pocket, its little bigger than a key fob and easy to use buttons, lock screen and a screen light. there is a timer as well. just set it, put it in your pocket and go. A new use that I am obsessed with is using for menstrual cramps. I work 12 hr shifts and my cramps are almost debilitating and meds don't really help. this thing though, I use the whole 12-hour shift on my back and low pelvic area. goes under my clothes and tucks conventionally in my pocket no one ever knows I even have it on. the cords are long so I can move around and move and lift patients, bend over, just about anything without these electrodes moving, pulling, and coming off. just tuck the excess cord neatly in pocket or clothes as well. I hardly notice them. the only time I need to pull it out it to reset the time every once and while. walk around all day having your uterus massaged and no pain is about as good as it gets. not to mention is it actually working and strenghting those muscles in the meantime

I had major back surgery a few weeks ago and just started physical therapy. My muscles are really tight and stiff and they constantly hurt from surgery and wearing a brace for so many weeks, with very limited movement. After they hooked me up to the E-Stim in PT the other day, i had to get my own as I hurt round the clock and not on more than ibuprofen. This unit is amazing and most definitely helps ease my pain and my muscles arent as tight after i use it. Its small, but packs a punch! The unit came with 2 small, 4 medium and 2 large pads, 2 wires for 2 pads and 1 wire for 4 pads, USB cord for recharging, and a bag to store everything in. You can hook up to 6 pads using both output ports and up to 4 on a single port. 6 different modes with 4 different options per mode. Both ports have their own intensity level adjusters. Very strong intensity. Timer goes up in 10 minute increments, up to 60 mins and automatically shuts off when the time set is reached. Because its so small and light weight, Im able to move around and the unit fits in my pocket. I am very happy with this unit and I highly recommend it.

What I really like about this product is how many options there is for what I need done to relieve pain, either from my shoulders or my legs, and the ability to change the intensity. The battery lasts a long time too , I haven’t had to charge it in three weeks, and I do use it often.

This is my second one. My first one still works but it is cheaper to buy a new one than to purchase the replacement pads. I really love all the different settings on this model. I’m using it for my sciatica pain. I also like how it helps you to choose the correct settings for your specific pain problem.

Works good you can feel it good

I was recommended by my physical therapist to buy this unit for my lower back and foot pain and I must say, this little machine does not disappoint! I had had this treatment in physical therapy in the past but this unit is made so we'll it actually feels identical to the large professional ones they use in PT. I was so surprised by the levels of intensity and am so happy and pleased I have discovered this product. I will be sure to share and spread the word with my friends and family as this is definitely going to be my saving grace.

You can adjust the two output intensity levels separately, but as for different patterns, nope! Both channels are always on the same pulse pattern which is quite disappointing when advertised as dual channel!

Simple, compact. Has an "A" and a "B" channel that can be run at the same time with different intensities. Has many programs that are easy to navigate to a different program. Instruction book is well written and describes the purpose for each program. Instructikn manual also has a color photo of where to place the leads/pads. Good battery life. Good backlighting. Also has a card that give 50% + 100% off additional wires and pads which is nice.

It is compact and powerful. Battery lasted around a month on a single charge with daily use of an hour a day!!! Very helpful with my knee, shoulder and back pain. Convenient to be able to apply 6 pads at once to relieve pain from different areas of body. Pads are sticky but adhesion lessened with use. I bought ultrasound gel from Amazon to make them stickier. More cost effective and better for environment than buying replacement pads. FYI the blue LCD or LED display is small because it is a small machine and has photos of the 24 different modes to select. Max time is 60 minutes but it is possible to add more time while machine is on if necessary. This was a great buy! Perfect to use at home everyday. Years ago I used to pay $65 for 15 minute session with physiotherapist who would just turn on TENS machine and leave the room.

My insurance coverage for physiotherapy ran out and a coworker recommended I try this little machine. I was skeptical but I have to say that for how tiny and inexpensive it is, this little thing really packs a punch and is of great quality materials. Typically at physio when I use the EMS machine there, I have to put the strength full force but with this little thing, I am not even half way and feel the same level of strength. It’s identical to the one at physio in terms of how it feels and functions. I am really truly impressed and it’s helping me a lot to get through my day, routine housework, and now currently all of the bending and lifting I have to do for our upcoming move right now. I cannot afford the cost of physio right now and this machine was a one-time cost that is doing everything I would have been spending $120 a week at physio on. I have used the various functions of this little gadget and on different parts of my body. It truly does not disappoint. It was packaged nicely when it arrived and will be super great for travel. Charged up quickly. For size comparison, it is the size and thickness of an iPod so it’s very portable and small enough to fit in your pocket discreetly. One of my coworkers who is also off on injury like me, bought a Tens brand machine through our work insurance which looks fancy and has a big hard case (kind of clunky to travel with) and everything but it came with less cords and pads than my Belifu did. We compared experiences and the Belifu seemed to be the more desirable machine for both of us. Really great product and highly recommend if you are on a tight budget or don’t want the hassle of going through your insurance and all of those red tapes.

Set up was quick and it was ready to go right out of the box. The screen is bright and easy to read, and the accessories that came with it were a nice bonus. It’s lightweight and simple to use, which makes it handy to grab when I need it. On the flip side, it doesn’t feel super sturdy and the buttons are a little soft when you press them. The instructions could have been clearer too, but I figured it out after a bit of trial and error. Overall, it does the job for the price. Not perfect, but I’m happy with it

It is an incredibly powerful little device. It does a fabulous work. The battery last for a long time with each charge. I have been using it daily after I received to release my neck, shoulder and waist pain. I highly recommend it.
