It works good and the price was good

I've never taken Fenugreek extract before, but WebMD said it was safe to experiment with so I gave it a go. After 10 days, I can say that there are no negative side effects. I take a slew of Supplements and constantly experiment with new things and then have my bloodwork analyzed for accuracy and effects. Pros: -Cost effective (Big Value for the cost). -Quality Control is excellent (Counted ALL 300 pills and they were present). -It did boost my testosterone (I'm the husband of the account holder) and was visible in my most recent blood work. -Easy to swallow and appears to be high quality. Cons: -None so far. Overall, I think this is a fine addition to my collection of daily supplements and will continue with it. I will report back in a few months to follow up.

I have been taking these for about 2 months as a part of my hormone balance support. I take fenugreek, st johns wort and maca twice a day every day. I have two kids that I EBFed for 2.5 years each and never touched this stuff while I was breastfeeding. Oats, electrolytes and more nursing was all I ever used to increase my breastmilk supply and it worked. Breastmilk is supply and demand. More nursing=More supply tomorrow. As for usage of this for non breastmilk related purposes, I have not noticed my sweat smelling like maple syrup ever. I do tend to breakout more on my face, and this does kill my appetite, which is not something I personally wanted. The main "pro" I've noticed is my breast's are fuller. bigger. There's absolutely no denying it, even my husband has noticed without me saying anything. I've always had As or AAs, even with gaining weight, my weight goes to the lower half of my body or eventually tummy. There's no gimmick my breast's are at a full B right now. Past my own palm full. I also use fenugreek oil topically. Theyre fuller, perkier, bouncier, my shirts pull across the front which is never something ive gotten to experience without it just being milk. I'm not sure if fuller breast's are a good enough reason to continue to take these for me. I've heard that once you stop, your breast's will "go back down". I've worked hard on my self image and taking a supplement for the sole purpose of breast growth feels counter productive. Anyway, that's much more than anyone asked for out of a review but that's where I'm at with this product. I've had friends take it for their breastmilk supply and they had to stop as it made their babies colicky. If you can stomach atorade, I swear the orange stuff works wonders. Orange gterade and oatmeal flax cookies babe. Let that baby eat even if you think they're "not getting anything" they're just putting in their milk order for tomorrow

Good quality fenugreek supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow and the bottle lasts a long time with 300 capsules. I’ve noticed it helps with overall well-being and digestion. No bad aftertaste and the product feels well-made. The only reason for 4 stars is that results take some time to notice, but overall I’m happy with it.

As a Diabetic can’t be without this supplement.. great choice!

Be careful with anything that has the power to seriously affect your hormones. To answer everyone’s question yes it does increase cup size. Mine went up and they were even firmer. I even saw an increase it my butt too. HOWEVER. The second i started seeing these changes I also started abnormal bleeding. I took pregnancy tests and also went to my gyno, did ultrasounds. He couldn’t understand what would have caused it outside of a morning after I took WEEKS before. A week later after the visit I was still bleeding. I suspected this could be the cause so I did some more research on the herb and capsules. I saw someone experience the same symptoms I was. To test it, I stopped the capsules for two days. And guess what?? Bleeding, cramps, everything stopped. So just be careful. Also yes you will definitely smell like maple syrup. Your pee might have variations in color. There is no taste. And I only started to see results when I’m almost done the bottle.
