Guajillo Chili Chocolate Disc | Organic Guajillo Chili 50% Dark Chocolate | Mexican Style | 2.7 Oz | Case of 12

I have been using Taza for years. The chocolate discs are mixed with guajillo chile. A gtreat mocha: a small amount of very strong f cofee. added to simmered milk, a tablespoon of moscado (very dark sugar) and two disc segments chopped. Experiment with proportions. Brew coffee, add to milk mixture (do not boil). Taza has other flavors and uses but that's how I roll with it. Nice folks to deal with.

This was a gift. You could easily see how old the product is by the discoloration/oxidation if the seller had not elected to hide the product video I posted. I surmise that storage conditions are sub-par. It was very expensive and misrepresented. I am disappointed. (Edit: I added one star because I was still able to melt the chocolate down to use for cocoa. The condition of the product should have been disclosed and reflected in the price.

Our local grocery store quit selling it. We use it grated over salted caramel gelato by Talenti’s. Our go to dessert in a jam.
