Easy to take
I bought these to help my body eliminate plaques from the arteries. I kept them on the bedside cupboard so I could take them first thing in the morning upon waking, so an empty stomach. With no food to digest these enzymes get into the blood stream and break down all toxins and plaques they come across. I have no way of assessing their usefulness, but they cannot do any harm. If they did not break down any arterial plaques, they would have broken down some toxic rubbish elsewhere in the body. I would recommend these to everybody, and I intend to buy again.
