Absolutely useless as in controlling dog behaviour which was my main reason for buying this item. The torch is no better than a match, and the buzzer cannot be heard from more than 10 or 15 yards away. A complete waste of money.Update: I should also have mentioned that the delivery date initially promised was not kept to and was extended for a ridiculous extra period of time. The seller is not happy with this review, TOUGH LUCK !!

This is a pretty sturdy little unit that does what it's supposed to. I let a friend who has a dogs borrow it for testing and he said it worked a treat, the dogs hated it.Longer term it's mostly for my son who has a strong fear of dogs, just as a safety net for confidence.

This was great while it worked, and although it is plastic I thought the rechargable feature would of set the fact this was made of plastic. Sadly this only worked for just over two months then the torch part stopped working. Very disappointing, especially as despite being so short lived, I am not eligible for a refund or a replacement.

I was very pleased to receive this product, at the time I received it, it was priced at £17.99 and I consider this to be good value for money.When my dog is barking and I want her to stop - this device breaks her cycle and disturbs her enough to stop - not sure how good the range is - because I can't hear it! Fit for purpose!I recommend this product.
