Great value for money

Took over 3 weeks to be delivered. That should've been the first red flag. Packaging was damaged on arrival, 2nd red flag, however product seemed OK. Unpacked and switched on and seemed to work ok, until today as the boiler is no longer heating the water after on 6 weeks of operation. Tried to contact seller several times on their Geepas UK website, no response to telephone calls or their chat service. 3rd red flag. Amazon advising the boiler is no longer eligible for return, albeit I understood a 2 year warranty is offered. Forth red flag. In short, stay away and don't buy. Customer service and after sales support is non existent. Perhaps my review on their product and services may warrant contact. Will update the review if anything changes. Regards AJ

I chose this particular product as it was supplied with a 2 Year Warranty. The order was processed efficiently and arrived on time. Unfortunately, 7 months after purchase the product stopped working and I have to praise the supplier for their prompt and impressive aftersales service which has been hassle free from the start and look forward to receiving the replacement appliance in the next day or so.

I’m really pleased with this as we’re doing our kitchen and that is our hot water for washing up, my husband even uses it for his cuppa it saves time rather than boil the kettle while he’s working on the renovations

This tea urn is now a year old and still performs excellently, serving well for a team of 25 tea drinkers. We transport it to various locations, and despite the knocks and scrapes it has endured, it hasn't leaked or diminished in its capacity to function. The gauge isn't very accurate, but I haven't deducted any stars since the only higher-quality ones I've seen are significantly more expensive.ed any stars as only good ones I have seen have been considerably more money.

I have reported it but not heard anything back......I persevered but its so noisy, rattling and banging...I was worried it would blow up so stopped using it. Shame as it worked ok but kept me awake all night if left on for the morning...It was o ly quiet for a very short time...

Very happy with this - I like having boiling water on tap
