I wanted an activity tracker that would just track my sleep, steps, and calories burnt. The Honor Band has been perfect for this!It is much cheaper compared to other activity trackers I have seen, but there is no loss in quality. The tracking is accurate, from what I can tell. It can accurately measure my blood pressure, oxygen levels, and sleep time, to make sure I can take care of myself and keep track of my vitals.There are many watch faces to choose from, but I wish more of them went with the emerald model I chose. Many are nor suited for the pink or black option, but it seems like there are more and more watch faces being made available.Linking to the app was very easy, and the watch paired almost immediately. The app also links to Apple Health so you do not need to put in all your information again.Overall, this tracker has proven to be a good choice for me, as someone who does not do a lot of exercise but is still conscious about their health.

Bought this as an upgrade from the band 6 but to be honest there's not much difference between the two other than the band 6 would not pair to my Honor Magic 5 Pro using the Honor health app so I purchased this one hoping for the best and it connected straight away so all good.The band does everything it should and tracks and syncs well keeping everything up to date and for the price compared to other more expensive brands it is excellent.

My partner charges her iwatch everyday its been 2 weeks and still no need to charge. The heart monitor can be a little temperamental and its not quite like a mini phone like the fancier google and apple watches but its got the basics it works fairly well and lasts a very long time without charging. For the price im very happy.

Really simple to set up. Just as good as a Fitbit. Great value for money.

For the price, this watch has a lot of great features. I bought it mainly to check my heat rate when running, but when linked to the health app, it gives you much more insight into your activities, sleep patterns and heart rate. Timer, Torch, Alarm and Music control are all added bonuses. However, if step accuracy is a key feature for you, this isn't great. It seems to act on arm movement, rather than geographical position, as I racked up 500 steps stirring my dinner... but all in all, I would recommend.

So first I will talk about what i like with this watch.All tracking features advertised work and work well. This was great for me as monitoring stress levels helped me to figure out i possibly had high blood pressure (and i did). Its a stylish watch to boot to looking modern and great colour choices. The battery life on this is great coming from a watch i had to charge daily to now weekly is a god send as forgetting to charge my watch was a regular thing and thats no longer an issue. HOWEVER, this leads me to my negatives.The biggest issue with this watch is the app. Most people would probably think I would have issues with this being a chinese company most likely sending my fitness data to China but honestly I dont care about that stuff because it doesn't affect me in any way. The main issue with the app is first of all getting it to work correctly. Once set up all notifications come through the app, it does not read them just forward to the watch. Because of this however it drains my battery life so quick i went from charging my phone at night when i goto bed to now charging in the middle of the day with little to no usage. Checking my battery usage details honor app was using 70% of my battery power throughout the day.So the app is a no go I had to remove BUT this leads to some issues, as notifications have to come through app you simply don't get any on the watch without it even when its connected via Bluetooth without app installed. You cannot use this watch with apps like goggle fit or anything else really. This brings up the issue then i have to read all my health info through the watch only which is fine for checking on the fly but if you want a graph of your blood pressure for more than the last 24 hours? Forget it, simply not possible without the horrible app.Reading reviews on app store it seems this was not the issue when the watch first came out so no reviewer mentioned this and thus praised the watch. Looks also like recent updates have broke the connection entirely from the app to the watch. So most people cant even connect their watch to the app anymore.So my final words on this product is, if your looking for a fitness watch to use in water and while exercising but you don't care about connecting it to your phone for detailed breakdowns then this is a great option. However if you want your phone to be an assistant to your watch look elsewhere.

Bought as a gift for a friend and she loves it and all the health tracking it does. Can’t go wrong for the money!
