Good item --3rd party seller made adjustments difficult
Now that I know that being a Prime Member does not offer the same "service after the sale" as products from Amazon direct I will be much more suspect of using any seller outside of Amazon. Adjustments were a hassle . Item after the smoke cleared is excellent.

Damaged
Purchased this as a gift for family member but when opened there were cuts on tabletop and chairs that do not appear to be from shipping. Will be returning which is very inconvenient due to weight of product. Very disappointed.
