have been using the device at least 1-3 times per week for 3 months. the results have been amazing. used it with my favorite korean skin care products. the best results came from using mediheal face masks (ie or your favorite face mask) with the device in booster mode level 1. first apply the face mask. next use the device over the face mask for maximum serum penetration. have not tried it on higher levels. only used it on electroporation (ie booster) mode for almost 5x absorption of skin care product. my face is glowing & feels taut afterwards. best part is people started calling me miss although im middle aged! : ) great value compared to other devices from korea which cost twice as much or more. lol i own all of them! perfect for travel. compact and lightweight!

Absolutely love this! I’ve struggled with discoloration, textured skins and recently have been forming the 11s between the brows (😭). I stumbled across this product from a tiktok video and have been using it religiously for two months now. In these two months, the texture of my skin has become so smooth, hydrated & my 11s are less noticeable. It has brightened my skin just a little, but this will take some additional time to see major results for the discoloration. Definitely worth the 20+ bucks, just gotta give it at minimum 30 days to see some progress. Highly recommended!

I got both the serum and cream and tbh i felt like they did nothing. As a brown skin girly i love a product that hydrates and fades hyperpigmentation, uneven skin, acne scars etc. i really love the texture of both products and the serum had a slight floral scent, it smelled good. And although both products were hydrating they did not help with my skin concerns. In fact my acne scars became more noticeable. On the other hand I absolutely love their entire derma trouble line, their worth every penny. This brand has quickly become my favorite.

It gave me more wrinkles and made my face look really bad. I look older now. I don't recommend this tool. Also, if you're getting Botox or fillers, it ruins them. I'd like to return it and get refund.

Seems like it helps skin appearance. I use on the lowest setting and get a bit of redness like a sunburn the next day. On certain parts of the face (forehead) it causes zaps. The instructions are in Korean which I translated to English and posted in pictures for others.
