Make sure you get the correct kind of shampoo. The bottle of shampoo has rosemary oil (scented version) and the large refill does not (only comes in unscented version). The scented kind works great to keep my fibrosing alopecia under control and regrow some hair. The unscented kind does not work for me and hair continued to fall out.

I really like this product. It is easy to apply and moisturized and softened scalp nicely. Quality is good as is effectiveness. Would buy again.

OK, the shampoo and the conditioner actually work. They do make my head way less itchy, which really is a good thing. However, and this is very important, it is impossible to squeeze that shampoo bottle. I don’t know what kind of plastic they’re making this out of, but it is so thick. It may as well be a steel tube because I cannot squeeze it. That means I have to unscrew the cap and turn the bottle upside down and wait until it glides out. Guess what happens to the cap? Yep, it drops on the floor in the shower. Of course it would. Everything is wet and slippery and dark in there. So now you’re looking for the cap on the floor The bottle sucks. As for the conditioner, look at the container. It’s maybe 2 inches high maybe 3 inches wide. They have the audacity to put a pump on that jar. You’re gonna get two pumps out with conditioner and then you’re done because the conditioner is very thick. There’s no way for it to swirl down to the middle of the jar where there’s no indention or anything to run to. The conditioner is a heavy cream like a conditioner should be. You literally have to take the lid off, find a place in your shower to sit it and then scoop it out with your fingers. It’s the absolute dumbest packaging for conditioner I have ever seen in my life. I honestly don’t know how anyone ever dreamed up these two containers for shampoo and conditioner, presented the idea to the next person, and a group of people okayed it and now it’s manufactured and sold to the public. The absolute worst containers of all time. Didn’t realize you could fail for shampoo and conditioners containers. They did tho.

Years ago I became infected with toe nail fungus and I finally got meds and cleared it up. I have been losing my hair since I got this fungus in my toe nails and my wife says I do not have the head shape to be bald ( I agree). My entire top of my head was nothing but skin except for two little spots on my forehead. My head has been itchy for as long as I can remember and I always use dandruff shampoo to try and help. My wife bought this shampoo for my youngest daughter because her head is always itchy and she has dry scalp. After a week it started to clear up and my wife suggested I try it. I have been using this shampoo for 3 weeks and my scalp is no longer itchy. The kicker is, I am starting to see hair regrowth on top. I am not talking about a little, the entire top of my head is growing hair. What the H_ll is in this stuff! I am using this shampoo for now on.

This doesn't do anything for my scalp psoriasis and the bottle is TINY for what it costs. Scales are still all over my scalp. This didn't make them come off or soften up to get them off. It barely helped with the itch, if it actually helped at all. Would not recommend or purchase again. The only positive I can say is it didn't make my hair greasy like other products I've gotten in the past. Don't waste your $ on 2oz of product that does nothing.

I've had a scaly itchy spot on my neck/scalp for a long time that would just itch and itch and itch for like 2 years. Never bothered to get it checked out. Decided to try this and after a few days I can honestly say its not a bother anymore. Its almost instant relief but for it to truly get whatever the issue is to subside or "go away" you have to keep up with it. Whenever I get the slight feeling its starting again I just spritz it on once and its fine again for quite some time.
