I haven’t tried them all yet only the heart one. I’ve had my industrial piercing for 14 years now. I’ve usually took it out at some point for a week or two because I would sleep on the ear and it would be sore and painful. The heart one is cool because it’s not a bar. Now I’ve only had it in about a week but I’ve slept on my ear every night without problems. Plus it’s super cute.

All of these are so pretty. My favorite one is the two separate bars that are connected by the heart, it's so pretty and I have got so many compliments on it. Definitely worth the buy!

Some just wouldn’t fit in my ear and many were very gaudy for me. Only one or two fit well so I returned them

It’s a good purchase just some don’t fit my ear size, the jewelry designs on it some were too big

Idk if it's the way my ear is shaped or what, but I literally couldn't use any of them besides the plain original bar. None of the balls would come off of any of them, besides the original. All of the other ones, only one ball would come off... so the only way to put it in would be to take off the jewel and then put it thru then put the jewel back on, and that was just not possible. By ear was so irritated after trying 4 or 5 different ones just to see if I could use anything other than the plain bar. Not happy. Good thing they were cheap
