These chairs are absolutely beautiful. However the first time we sat in them, one broke. I was so upset given that I really liked the chairs and they looked so good on my patio. BUT, I contacted the company via email with photos and explained what happened and they were AMAZING! After a few emails exchanges I had a brand new chair on the way. 5 STARS!! These chairs are very well made and easy to put together. The other chair and the new chair are just fine. Things happen and this company was quick to get it resolved which I most definitely appreciate.

I added this Patiorama Acacia wood chaise lounge set to our patio, and it’s really changed how we use our outdoor space! I was super impressed with the price for the both of them, so that was a win right off the bat! The acacia-wood frame feels solid and the folding design makes it easy to reposition or store when needed. The adjustable backrest has five positions—from upright to flat—so we’ve used it for reading, sunning, or even daytime naps. The cushions are thick and comfortable, and while they’re not waterproof you just need to cover them or bring them in after rain. The built-in wheels help move each chair easily without dragging. Assembly was straightforward and the chairs look great with our poolside setup—it elevated the look without making the area feel over-done. If you’re looking for a lounge-set that’s comfortable, functional, and stylish for outdoor living, this one definitely delivers.

Purchased chairs last January, set up for the summer. Did not even last more then one season. While they do look beautiful the fabric is very thin and just rips.. Do not purchase! Spent alot of money they should last more then one summer Very disappointed

Chairs are great and sturdy and look nice. Took a star off for broken parts that we had to glue but not sure if that was from shipping.

Super impressed with these. Absolutely gorgeous in person and so comfortable. The cushions are not thick so I wasn't expecting the level of padding they provide. Can't feel the wood underneath at all. The fabric seems good quality but being cream, I did buy covers to protect them when not in use. Only in use a couple weeks so far, will update down the road on longevity. Love these chairs

Very happy with these lounge chairs. They were easier to put together than I anticipated and took less than an hour. The stickers are a little tough to remove so have some Goo B Gone handy. They look great, the wheels aren’t the best, but aren’t terrible if you don’t need to move them too far. I recommend getting a cover for them, especially if you get a light color.
