I don't know if these are healthy per se but they feel like a healthy snack which takes a little time and care to eat, which in turn satisfies the craving for something to keep you a little busy / not bored, which is too often our reason to snack. These are extremely sticky, so they are packed in a tough vacuum sealed plastic. This means you have to be at least a little mindful eating them... you have to get up to get the scissors, you have to eat carefully so you don't get everything sticky, you have to throw away the plastic without getting sticky, etc. I know this makes it sound like a bug, but this is a feature when so much other junk food is so easy eat, you can make 10 servings disappear in an instant without evening thinking about it.I like the mild sweetness, the dense and chewy texture feels like you're biting into something, not just inhaling air like with a lot of popped treats. I guess they're kind of expensive too, so you need to moderate intake anyways... treat it properly like a treat. Anyways, I recommend trying them out!

Bit expensive for what it is but very tasty and convenient

I like the convenience of the on the go packaging, but this is way too expensive to justify buying again. Its just sweet potatoes. Why so expensive? I'd buy a lot if less expensive.

Perfect little blocks of dried sweet potato. Good sweet potato. Surprisingly filling. Yummy.

Nice portable snack. The dog likes them as well.

Does not taste like sweet potatoes

I love anything sweet potatoes, but this product did not taste like sweet potato
