I ordered the natural color bed for my daughter and unfortunately the "natural" varied greatly from piece to piece. I reached out to the seller about the issue and they were incredibly helpful, professional, and responded quickly. They replaced the bed within a few days with another color of my choice (I chose gray) due to the drastic color issue with the manufacturer. The bed is sturdy, was easy to setup, the gray color looks fantastic, and my daughter loves it. I'm very happy not only with the bed but most of all the seller's customer service. Things happen, but when they do, it takes a good company to make things right and they did. I highly recommend this bed, but also the seller for their superb customer service in resolving my issue.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!! Exactly what the picture shows. It does take some time to put all the parts together but for the price it’s worth it!

This was a new bed for our granddaughter. She graduated from a crib to this beautiful sold wood house bed. She will be able to use it for many years to come. Very pleased with the quality.
