Perfect Replacement
Old bracket gave out when my 2 year old decided the dishwasher rack was a pull up bar. This was a perfect fit, easy install, and holding up a few months in.

Worked like a charm! One wheel on one side panel broke. I chose to just replace the part that broke. I now have an extra items for when ever they break. I did notice the end cap pieces probably won’t fit. I was checking them with the ones I took off. I did watch a couple YouTube videos, super helpful. Absolutely no instructions come with the parts.

Fits perfectly!
Easy to install, takes about 10 minutes. Just take one side off at a time so you can see how the opposite side was put together. Seems to work great.

Rail caps do not fit
Most of the parts were perfect. These are definitely an upgrade over the originals. My only issue is that the rail caps were too big. Fortunately I kept all of the old pieces until I was finished. I just reused the old ones. Otherwise this set was great. Note: make sure you get a good video off of YouTube to see the process to perform this swap because these parts don't come with directions & there's some lousy videos out there too.

worked great. Fixed my dishwasher shelf that had wheels falling off. Replacement is better than the original. Installation is not totally intuitive but there was a great youtube video on it that made it simple.

Quality replacement parts
Was not difficult to replace the rack pieces. We did watch a YouTube video to make sure of the installation. Every part was present in this replacement package.

Was a little concerned about this being a true fit but eventually just took the chance because could not even find replacement part on the Whirlpool site itself as it was just endless clicking loop ending in can’t find model number ending. It is 100% perfect fit and with matching set of fixtures in case the originals get damaged on disassembly. Took about 20 minutes and did both sides so both now no longer with the weak plastic mount pin replaced with the steel screws instead. Top rack pack to new alignment and machine noise lessened with that.

Worked great as a replacement for my broken top rack support! The original one broke at the rail wheels and the new one has screwed wheels instead of supporting them with just a plastic pin.
