I ordered this umbrella for an upcoming trip for work. I have cancer this is my first work trip using my scooter and wanted something bigger than a normal travel umbrellas in size but not so big i would have to check with my luggage. the actual size impressed me , I truly did not expect it to be that big in that small of a package. now this is bigger than your normal compact size umbrella in length and width when in the folded position. if you have an outside pocket on your back back where the water bottle would be that has now become the umbrella slot. it is that big around, but for good reason. now all umbrellas have the push button that pops open their umbrella to deploy when getting it ready for use...this is no different push the deploy button and it pops oben ready to aid in keeping you dry. when you are ready to put it up is where this umbrella shins ... first of all there is a close button, WHAT, yes a button the will pull the umbrella into the close position leaving you only to shrink the handle to fully collapse and return it to waiting position. the next part of its hidden functions is that when you hit the close button the umbrella folds in on itself keeping the water from running all over you when trying to get it into the car . where normal closed umbrellas outer shell with all of the water drips everywhere this one makes like a cup where the outer lining of the umbrella is not the inner cup holding the water in the interior keeping it from running all over your the car , the floor making a slippery mess, and hazzard that requires you to spend time cleaning up, Game changer and for the best price on the Net anywhere.I hope this helps you in making your decision easier..

Size is good

A very good, sturdy umbrella. Opens and closes very easily. Very strong against sudden gusts of wind, does not invert easily. For its size, gives wide coverage. I bought two and am very satisfied. I am writing this review out of my own satisfaction.

Didn’t last long. But winds were very high

I used this thing 4 times before it broke. I had high hopes for this double decker umbrella, but i think the wind hit it and it just broke. Will be seeking a refund for this backup umbrella i never got to use.

This is quite a strong umbrella. When it is open you can see the the material is not one that is easily damaged, the fact that it has the wind break you will not have a problem unlike other umbrellas that would be turned inside out when there is wind.
