It is a great supplement with Coenzyme Q10 With Omega 3 and naturally extracted R-ALA with other vitamins and minerals. Most other products use artificial S-ALA. This is a genuine review. I had bought 60 tablets, took 1-1 after meals. After around 2nd week you can feel the difference in energy levels. I used to get tired at 4 pm now can work till 8 pm with good endurance. The tablets are pink in color which I believe are original. The package felt genuine. I believe it's a fair product and good in terms of value for money. So far there has been no side effects and relief in Migraine.
