Best pan ever & I've had several. I have ended up replacing almost all my pans. Just be sure & don't use metal on them. Awesome!

This is my second Caraway pan. I have the 10.5” and love it. I was skeptical at first, I mean how could a non Teflon pan be nonstick? Well it definitely is!! The trick is don’t get it too hot and take good care of it. I use small squares of packing foam in between my frying pans to keep them safe from scratches. I can’t believe I spent this much for a frying pan but if it keeps me from adding even more toxins than I already have from living on planet earth then it’s my responsibility to keep myself safe.

Excellent pan cooks evenly

I thought it was coming with a lid and storage. Previous slightly bigger one burned making pancakes so I’m wary but cautiously optimistic about better luck this time

I previously order a pan and pot set and love them. I have not had for a long time so can't speak to longevity, but the superior non-stick qualities are undeniable. They are more expensive than a traditional pan, but more than worth it from my perspective. I purchased the lid separately and would recommend anyone to do likewise.
