I wasn’t sure at first buying a rug for my lounge without seeing it in person or having a feel , but I’m so pleased I went with my gut and ordered this rug ! Perfect colour for my lounge , nice and fluffy !

This rug is a decent size at 1.5m by 2.2m and such comfort underfoot. It is a dark green colour and works well with the traditional wood look. It came rolled up in a plastic bag and I didn't have any issues with unrolling or any lumps. I give it a weekly hoover and comes up looking brand new each time. But I also give it a whack every two weeks and you will defo notice the difference with this clean. It was also a bargain for what I paid for it.

Nice colour but not what I would expect for a luxury deep pile rug .the pile was more of a puffed up kind and felt flat when walking on.i would have returned the rug but returned postage would have been uneconomical.

The rug came rolled however it is very warbley and needs time to flatten out. It is thinner than I thought, but it will do for time being. Not bad for the price. I have put a big carpet gripper mat underneath so it won’t move. Colour is a rich emerald green true to the advertisement photo. Not bad for the price

For the price paid I think this rug is excellent value and a very rich green colour thinking of getting the larger one now and fast delivery too thank you

It arrived in thin and clear plastic. Thankfully, this meant I could see the colour and quality very clearly. The colour is not Emerald green, more lake dark or sage green. The quality seems poor. Shabby looking. I decided to return it, only to find I have to pay the postage! Be warned! I challenged that and they say they ask for customers to pay the postage for this reason. What? Because customers return their poor quality rugs! They are entitled to. Rude service, disgusting colour and poor quality. Returning it at the weekend because I've been working. Will never buy from or recommend this company or product.

My daughter bought this rug for her lounge and absolutely loves it, very soft, great quality, size for her lounge is perfect, beautiful brightness ties in with all her nature looking lounge.Highly recommend
