Excellent so far. Only used it for a couple of weeks but enjoying it so far. I normally do dumbbells and cable weights but this allows for doing muscles slightly differently. Easily adjustable too. My box didn't contain any guidance on how to use it for different muscle groups etc. so that would've been helpful in case there's something that might not be obvious. Can take on holiday very easily. Seems well made. Not difficult to hold.

Good piece of equipment.

You will get a good chest and arm workout from this. You can adjust the resistance to suit your training needs. The best thing there is no recoil as with spring loaded chest exercisers. Also it is portable and light enough to take anywhere with you.

This item is so portable and practical. It can be used for so many uper body muscles without having to use other types of weight and can be used almost anywhere. Indoors or outdoors. The psi will challenge all levels of strength. Highly recommended.

Product is okay for the price paid, Although there is levels on it 1-20 and you can basically do every level with ease. Then level 20 is almost impossible it feels, Would recommend though definitely can feel the pump in your chest and your arms. Fits nice aswell.
