I was skeptical on buying a plastic one of these to try - but am pleased with how it went together. It is quite solid and doesn't feel like it's going to fall apart or separate at the fasteners. I want to say it was around $13 - so well worth the money IMO. These are great for getting at stiff / sore muscles in your back and thighs.

The main part tha you hold is flat which makes it awkward and uncomfortable to hold. Returning and getting one more like a pole for ease of holding!

Lite plastigare än jag räknat med, men fyller helt klart sin funktion. Det är hårdplast så den tål att trycka med kraft på vissa punkter.

Den blå är gjord i plast och inte metall som det står under materialbeskrivningen. Har haft en i plast vid ett tidigare tillfälle som ja har knäckt dock tryckte jag ganska hårt då. Annars gillar ja den skarpt för triggerpunkter i rygg o axlar där det är svårt att komma åt.

Sturdy and reliable, I have found this easy to have to hand in 'home-office' setting and has really helped with neck soreness. Screw holes did not perfectly align, but that is minor issue as the device is well made and does the job in any case. Given 5/5 *s. Price is reasonable for utilisation and effectiveness.
