56 Hit Songs of The 1960s: E-Z Play Today : Perez, Tracee M: desertcart.co.uk: Books Review: Make up your own mind and give it a go - Sometimes even the most basic of music has songs that are sometimes very difficult to get hold of. Well I now have them. As a pro musician I found that in my opinion (and only mine). It is also a fantastic book in which to learn and fully understand and appreciate that music is not that difficult to understand and learn ( as some people will tell you). In my opinion buy the book ( it has some great music). And give it a go yourself. Review: nice selection of 60's songs . - nice selection of popular 60's songs to learn on the piano ideal for those looking for an easy way to learn to play music without all the long winded technical jargon.

Good selection of songs , big print size, no key information or chord boxes (just chords)
Love the big print size! However the actual song interpretation is a little on the basic side for the Chords, really just simple chords, major. minors with a few dominates thrown in. There are no chord shape diagrams but guess fair enough given the simplicity of chords unless you are a beginner. No key information either on the first bar - You have to work it out for yourself if you want to know (unless its all in C!). This lands somewhere between simple cheat sheets and a full music score, so you get the proper notes for the melody (quarters, eighths etc. ) so getting the rhythm patterns for songs is easy. Would love this more if it was a pdf, so could add to my scrolling tablet, but guess copyright would be an issue for them. Good selection of songs from across the period Would I buy again - Yes.

Excellent book
I've read reviews about this book and 1. It is for a keyboard, 2. The paper quality could not be better, 3. There is only the right hand notes because the left hand is for single finger operation on the keyboard and it shows which cord to play, e.g., A G F Em. All in all it's an great book for keyboard players with limited playing skills. I agree that it's a pain turning the pages during the tune, but that's the same with all music books. I would buy this again should the need arise.

Don’t buy
Not worth buying, just get a proper music book, songs are good but no one playing a piano should learn using this book.

Returned
Poor value for money. Only right hand notes. Probably a book for a child judging by size of print (large) That said, you can easily play the tunes… but very expensive for what it is.

Fast delivery. Put on a coil binding for easy page turning. Love the songs, not in alphabetical order

I like most of the collection . Easy to read, but I don't like having to turn the page.

Nice. However, I should have realized when it said "easy" that it is truly for a beginner...no chords. Perfect for someone who is just beginning piano.
