I’ve purchased other travel neck pillows in the past but this is by far my favorite. It’s a really soft memory foam. I have a smaller neck and it worked so well and fit comfortably. The accessories, especially the phone holder, was the best. I used it for the first time on a Southwest fight and it made watching movies so much more comfortable than having to hold your phone. I clipped it above the try table where they keep their brochures. The lady sitting next to me was envious.

Purchased two of these for the wife and I to use during long trips. Very comfortable. A good value for the money. Good support the neck as expected. Design is perfect for comfort. Easy to take when traveling.

It rolls up fairly small and is easy to fit back into it's storage bag which is really nice. It's never fun to sleep on the go or in a plane, but this does make it more bearable. It's not the best I've used, but is a very nice one and it was a really great deal at the time I purchased it. I would definitely purchase again, and wouldn't hesitate to give as a gift either. A solid purchase!

Had a red eye flight across the US and it would have been completely miserable if not for this kit. I will never fly in coach without the foot rest, again. I have daily issues w swelling in my foot from surgery years ago and flights are generally painful, especially at night. This allowed me to keep my feet elevated just enough to ease that pain, even on the super packed in A 321 which has some of the least amount of space for an airline seat. I did keep the tray table up (it still works even with it up) most of the time to keep my feet up higher and my knees wouldn't have fit with it down. But when they brought snacks (at 3 am) I did lengthen it and put my tray table down. The neck pillow fluffed up to full size with no issues and the eye shade and ear plugs were both very helpful. I didn't use the phone holder because I was sleeping and the plane had a built in one. The only thing that would have made this kit a true all in one would be a small blanket, which I carried separately. But for the price of just a foot rest, I got everything else and a nice carry bag for it. The washable cover on the neck pillow is also a huge bonus. Unlike other reviews, I didn't find the pillow hot, but I also always keep the air blowing on me. I was able to quickly stuff everything away in time for landing, which was a bonus. It all goes easily back into its bags. I did learn, on planes with tight seating, pull these out before you put your bag under the seat. Put the leg rest strap around the tray table, close it and tuck the actual foot section into the seat back pocket so ots ready to go after you get in the air. Have the pillow already around your neck at before you buckle in. I am a small person, under 5'2 and the seats were so close it was almost impossible to get to my bags under the seat in front of me to pull stuff out after we were buckled in.

I will be using this in my bed for movies but not for traveling (as was its original intended purpose) bc it doesn’t hold its shape enough, so it didn’t support my head. I didn’t understand how it rated so well, other than it’s super soft and comfy, and all of the items that come with it are AMAZING. I am, however, a smaller women, so maybe it would just better fit a larger/thicker male. I will be staying with my inflatable pillow for traveling, but use all of the items that come with this. My favorite being the phone stand!

It is so cute and comfortable. It’s soft but supportive. Wow! I love the little bag it came in. Both are durable and well made. I am very impressed and pleased with my purchase.

Got two of these packs for a trip to Europe. Only “criticism” is that the pillow is a little *too* comfortable? Feels like it might be better for a car (which can actually recline, rather than a plane, which gives only the illusion). The thickness of the pillow and erectness of the plane seat made it so my head was forced to incline forward, tilting my chin down… it wasn’t very comfortable on my neck. I ended up not using it on the plane (but I’m terrible at sleeping on planes anyway; just can’t get comfortable) but it was GREAT in the airport. Definitely recommend.

I have used it in several trips. The pillow provides good comfort, although not stellar. The materials are good, although as commented by other people, the front facing cords look like can break apart very easily. Overall a good kit for the price.
