This is the third time I am this. The quality is so good. I don't always review but I really love this will recommend to everyone. Perfect size, looks great and it's support my back well.

This is brilliant! I bought it as a waste trainer mainly but it’s absolutely bliss for my lower back pain! Totally relieves the pain and feels super supportive without hurting my tummy. I love the fact that you can adjust it to lose and tighter without undoing the actual belt like most. Really good quality unlike so many I’ve bought in the past. I’m a size 10 with hips and this fits perfect. I thought it was a bit small at first but it isn’t as once on you can tighten it with the other straps. This helps with lifting my heavier weights in the gym. It's not pretty, but it's good for heating up my mid section to lift my metabolic rate. I walk uphill with a 20k weighted back on my shoulders and I feel more secure and cinched in the middle wearing this as I only need concentrate on my glutes, not feeling like i need to hold in my core simultaneously. when I work from home on my laptop, i wear this for 3 hours am and 2 hours pm to help my core. A few nights a week I will wear it whilst eating and obviously this restricts tummy size (smaller portions) which, as a natural glutton - I am grateful for. I recommend.

Uncomfortable

Best waist trainer I have had so far. It is super adjustable and i have started seeing results. If you are new to waist training then start off by not making the adjustable straps to tight as throughout the day it can get uncomfortable. This has also helped with my posture. As we all know working at your desk you tend to slouch. However with this is has made me sit up straight. I dont train in it anymore as I find the material can get a little uncomfortable once you start to sweat. However that is just my personal preference. You can put it over your clothes if you choose to train in it to avoid that discomfort. But for the price and the speedy delivery I will recommend this product

I love this. Way better than i expected. Amazingly sturdy and surprisingly really good quality material for the price. Such a good purchase. Really pleased with it. Bought it as a sweat band for use while using a weighted hula hoop. The support is so good it helps with my back pain, it gives my whole torso a snug hug

only wore this thing 2 days it gave me a RASH all over my back and made me itch all over becareful what ya buy.
