Works well for dry eyes
I have very dry eyes, this works well to moisten my eyes. My doctor recommended a steamy hot wash cloth right before I fall asleep every night, but that is inconvenient. This is easy, I just put it on for 10 minutes or so every night and I don't have to deal with going and getting a hot wash cloth and then having to deal with a wet wash cloth.

Battery doesn't last
The amount of money I paid for this item is disproportionate to how long I've been able to use it. The button stopped working after about 3 months and I've had to clean it multiple times, despite it having a "self-cleaning" feature. Highly do not recommend.

Great relief for dry eyes
I have severe dry eyes and use this mask every night with noticeable improvement. Key is consistency. I have to use it every day at least once. Twice is better.

Works
This thing us a winner for dry eyes, tired eyes. However, it stops working and sending out steam. I’ve cleaned it several times and it’s no longer working.

Life-changing no joke.
I bought this on a lark. I’m a mid-career switch college student so I get no sleep and drink gallons of coffee and am stressed outta my mind.I also live in the Rockies and it’s a dry climate. So my eyes would get scratchy and in the morning they’d be crusty. This thing opened up the ducts and let’s that drain, and the lubricant ducts inside the eyelid opened up so my eyes feel fantastic. I follow it with lubricating eye-drops.They don’t feel tired and stressed and when your eyes are tired YOU’RE tired, so it’s been great.I also got their eye massager thing so I follow it up with that, and I highly highly recommend. Life-changing.

Received an used item
The box is being opened and badly scratched when arrives, and the product is a used one.The is a medical device and used one should not be restocked or as least deeply cleaned. There is even water from previous owner in it!Addiaonlly, the default mode will play music, and I have to explicitly turn if off every single time. The music should be default off.

Eye Mask with Misting Feature. Bluetooth. Vocal Assistant.
This eye mask is easy to operate, with only one button, and a vocal assistant that informs you of feature selection. When powered on, with a long press of the power button, you are greeted by the vocal assistant welcoming you to the device and stating which of the three modes is in effect. Subsequent short presses will cycle through the three mode options (room temperature mist, interval heated mist and continuous heated mist). You can also elect to engage silent mode, which will mute the vocal assistant.Filling the water tank is relatively easy, too. They even provide a small plastic bottle with funnel tip to facilitate the task. They emphasize to use filtered water or mineral water, to minimize any impurities in the mist. This also decreases the risk of compromising the integrity of the tank and associated mechanisms. (They do note that you can clean the tank using a blend of white vinegar and water. Just be sure to clear out the vinegar solution by exhausting one or two usages/tanks.)There appears to be a blue light within the mask, at the top center. They state this is a UV light. I could not find details on this light. I’m assuming it’s blue light wavelength, intended for cleansing of the mist and exposed skin area (the eye regions that are exposed to the mist and the light). When using the eye mask, I would advise users to keep their eyes closed when this blue light is on, which automatically turns on when the mask is powered on. I would assume most people would keep their eyes closed during a misting eye treatment. But, with this UV light, it’s important to issue this reminder. Lack of details and advisories dings the rating. The mask is smartly designed. I like that the silicone collar/cushion is removable for easy cleaning. This cushion provides a comfortable snug fit of the eye mask on the face. Keep a towel handy, though. There will still be drips, and you’ll definitely want to apply the towel (gently) to your eye region, which will be damp/wet.I like that this eye mask includes Bluetooth. It easily paired with my iPhone, with decent audio quality. Of course it’s not audiophile quality, but for an eye mask, with an 8 - 10 minute treatment session, it certainly acceptable. (Don’t expect deep bass response, but for podcasts and soothing music, it works nicely.) Notably, this eye mask does not include any built-in sound files. For us, this is fine, since we prefer to use our own playlist or streamed audio. If you rely on the usual set of white noise and assorted sounds, be aware that this eye mask does not have that built-in.The eye mask is slightly smaller than other eye massage masks. I attribute the more compact size to the lack of vibration massage motor and compression air bags. The smaller design is also lighter in weight. As noted earlier, the mask offers three modes: room temperature misting, interval heated misting and continuous heated misting. You can also attain cooling mist by filling the water reservoir with chilled filter/mineral water, and using the room temperature setting.Attached are photos to show real world images, with a ruler for size reference. Various angles and close ups are provided for a good overview of the eye mask.Considering the mentioned observations and the potential utility of the misting eye mask, it garners a 4 - 4.25 star rating.

Its super nice
I have really dry eyes, and this really does the trick. When my eyes get tired, I use this for 5 minutes, I can pour water in it from my water bottle, doesn't take a lot of water, and charges in USB-C. Leaves your eyes fresh, like you've put in eye drops, or slightly better than that.
