Extra Large Foldable Floating Fishing Basket for Live Caught Fish, Floatable Fishing Net Basket, Heavy Duty Coated Portable Fish Basket

I purchased this unit as a birthday gift for my 11 year old grandson who wants to spend the entire Summer fishing. This floating bait and fish container was a specific request for a gift. He lives on a lake here in Minnesota and he has his own small fishing boat, so I expect this container will get constant use. Max has been fishing and baiting his own hooks since he was 5 years old. I considered the larger size of this product but decided this size would be more than adequate based on how often it will get used. This unit is well made and very sturdy and should provide many years of service. The purchase includes a bag with handles that makes the unit easy to store and carry.

I was kinda surprised by the quality of this. I live on a lagoon, my neighbor runs a bait shop, and has all kinds of commercial traps, and bait pens. Even he was surprised by the quality and price of this. It’s not that cheapo feeling mesh that easily rips on anything. It’s rubberized, and should hold up for awhile to hold my bait, and or catches alive.

Large live bag for caught fish and kept fish alive for hours while kayak fishing. Large mouth for putting fish into net is helpful for not losing a fish and culling for limits when removing fish. One drawback is due to size it does make a lot of drag on the kayak so you will get MORE exercise if you're covering a lot of ground. Floats on top are zip tied and one tie broke somehow when relatively new and while replacing side that broke, the other side broke off. Side note: material will not hold up to 60 mph highway asphalt. All gear is secured to kayak but during transport, somehow the net worked it's way loose and was a tail for an unknown time on the 1hr drive. Net is now trashed but worked great when it was still useable

Really nice quality. Using it to insert a large pond pump so my fish don’t get sucked into it. Not the original intent but works great for that. Very large opening and heavy duty mesh.

This fish basket works awesome for putting in my fish while fishing out of my kayak. Good product. Definitely would recommend. And it don't beat up the fines on the fish like a wire fish basket does.

My husband ordered this, and we were very happy with it. It's large and will hold a dozen small bass. We like that it folds and stores easily. Unfortunately, we stored it in our boat in our shed, and a mouse family used it for their buffet. My husband took fishing line and "sewed" it back together. It held nicely for our next fishing excursion, but the mice held another banquet. Sadly, it's a goner. While we recommend this basket, we also recommend storing it in a plastic container away from vermin.

It’s nice. Floats. Large. Comes with rope to connect. Only problem is the top. It is hard to get fish in. It takes two people. One to hold it open and to put fish in. Emptying is easy. I’d buy again but wish it had a way to stay open easier.

This is perfect for some lake fishing or to hang off the dock while you clean out your live well in the boat. I fish with a tandem kayak and it worked great! As soon as got close to my limit it was definitely heavy to paddle 🤣 Durable rubber like netting is very good

Works very well to isolate specific fish

So although i ordered and the size said extra large the size i got was a small as indicated by the s on the bouy... holds an 18" fish pretty good tho... furthermore i didint like the rope used as it dosint really like to keep a knot and i have had the knot slip and have to swim after my basket so i switched to a better rope i found at my locat dollar store witch would be the white rope
