Picture quality is top-notch. It's not a "budget" product in my opinion, but very worth it. We bought this to replace one of those cheap cloud-based cameras that we use to monitor our cat when we're away. Problem with that is that it takes a bit to load the app, was failing to connect 3 out of 10 times, and worst of all is that the video goes thru some server somewhere in China. I don't mind somebody spying on our empty house with our cat in it but I do very mind somebody spying on our baby. Local is the way. This monitor is practically unhackable and video never leaves the house (technically it does a bit since the range is fantastic). Excellent picture quality and night vision, connects immediately once you turn it on. Very very worth it.

We turned to BabySense when our previous camera and monitor combo broke and the company had gone out of business. We've loved the video and sound quality. The circular cameras take a bit of getting used to and strategic positioning to follow our active toddler's independent play time. When one of the camera's motors stopped working, BabySense was quick to get a hold of on the phone, worked through some troubleshooting, and sent a replacement camera via Amazon by the next day. With another kid on the way, we have no question in our mind that we'll be adding cameras to the BabySense system.

Great resolution, super clear in the dark. The indicator for sound is too sensitive in my opinion and there is no option to turn it off. Overall excellent product and I would buy it again.

This baby monitor has many pros, but we couldn’t get over the one main con which is that it doesn’t have motion detection/alerts and/or motion recording — this is something we grew used to having with our prior monitor so unfortunately we made the decision to return the monitor.CONS: No motion detection/alerts. Secondary con would be that you can hear the transition of sound between 2 cameras/rooms (sound machines). It’s not terrible so I could’ve overlooked it if there was motion detection.PROS:- Non-WiFi- Image Quality is great- Split View to see both kids at once- Split View WITH scan mode/audio cycling between the two cameras/rooms (love this!!! Really wanted to keep just to have this option vs. the screen showing only 1 room at a time in scan mode and/or the audio not switching in Split View unless sound is detected)- Minimal lighting on the cameras… red dots (which we are used to) and one small green dot you could easily cover with electrical tapeIf you do not need motion detection/alerts then I highly recommend this monitor. It’s just something we are used to, and now feel that we need since our first baby is now a toddler.

This was the perfect product for our family. We have multiple children in different rooms and we love being able to watch all kids on one screen. It’s very easy to view and stays charged for a good amount of time. We love the night light feature and our kids enjoy picking out a color before bedtime.One feature I love about the monitor is that the screen on the monitor will go off when I want it to, but as soon as it detects noise on one of the cameras the monitor lights up on its own for me to see. Saves me the trouble of finding the button at night to turn the screen back on when I hear one of the kiddos in the middle of the night.It’s also very easy to install and we love that we can take it with us and hook it up anywhere. We take it to grandparents houses, vacations, etc. The ease of it for travel is so great.The only thing I would change is the brightness on the main monitor that detects sound. My husband and I like to keep it dark in our room, so the green light that detects sound we usually cover to limit the light.Over all it’s a great monitor, well worth the purchase.

I had a Motorola baby camera previously and this baby camera and monitor just went beyond the previous product. The imaging is in color during the day and gray scaled at night while remaining clear for both, the wide range view of the camera is accurate, and the settings of the monitor are overall helpful. The audio when I speak to my child from another room is slightly muffled, but never too far and it helps that my voice can be heard momentarily. This camera is amazing nonetheless and I highly recommend it

Pretty awesome monitor. I would say comparable to the picture quality of our Owlet cameras. Biggest gripes? Battery life isn’t the best but the USB-C charger is quick and I can use other chargers if we’re traveling which is a plus. And the sound monitor light doesn’t dim or shut off, which can be annoying but I get its usefulness.
