This was my second purchase of this item because I liked it so much and I’ve also purchased it as a gift for my in-laws. This item is easy to use, you twist the wheel on the side to open the grippers for the size pill you have. You can actually cut multiple pills at one time as the base is quite long. Once you place the pill or pills inside the unit, you twist the radial dial back to tighten. You simply close the lid and push down and voilà. It cuts the pills.

When coming off of some medicines, it’s necessary to cut it into pieces. I tried several from my local pharmacy, however, they were all a complete disaster. This cutter is the real deal offering great value for the money due to its fantastic functionality and ability to cut multiple pills at one time.. It is very easy to open and close with a small place to tip the cut pieces into at the end of the cutter. One could certainly store those pieces at the end, however I shift them into my pill container. This is definitely the best cutter I have ever purchased.

I love the purple and that was partly the reason I ordered it. It does cut my medication pills in half, but you really need to push down to cut them. It does have a mechanism that holds the pills in place (I use for my blood pressure meds), but you just need to have that extra strength in your hand. Otherwise, it works fine and I haven't had any issues other than needing to press down hard to cut the pills. LOVE the color!

I love this product. One of my prescription medications does not come in a lower dose so I have to cut the pills in half. The previous pill splitter I had could only cut one pill at a time and it was breaking the pills making it hard to be sure I was getting the proper dose. This pill splitter is a game changer. I love how you can split more than one pill at a time and you can lock the pills in place by turning the wheel to align the pills nice and tight to be split. My husband used it the other day and loved it. He couldn’t believe how much better it split the pills and loved that it saves time by allowing you to split several pills at a time. Great product!

This was the largest pill cutter I was able to find. The large pills I need to cut barely fit in this cutter even when adjustment was open all the way. Once pills were secured inside cutter they were cut fairly even with several blades w/ a firm downward push. If pills were smaller more could be placed in cutter, secured w/ adjustment wheel & cut at one time. Overall this pill cutter was a good value for price. LDH

Gets dull quick. Worked great the first few times. Not so much anymore.

THANKFUL FOR MY NEW PILL CUTTERThere are pill cutters and then there are PILL CUTTERS.... For quite some time I've had to take a LOT of pills and some require being cut. The blades in the pill cutters eventually dull over time and I have to replace the pill cutter. I've only ever had a pill cutter that cut one pill at a time, so it can be a long drawn out process, if you're filling 2-4 week pill boxes.... I found this new pill cutter on Amazon and tried it out. I'm so VERY impressed with how easy it is to use AND also how it can cut numerous pills at one time, reducing the time it takes to cut a month's worth of pills....
