Good conclusion to this series!
I enjoyed reading The Bridge Kingdom series over the last few weeks, and while it was a good fantasy series, it wasn’t an epic story. There were moments when I loved the storyline and characters, but truthfully, the overarching story was long and drawn out at times, so I struggled to stay focused and read very much each day. I will say that the first and final books are my two favorites because they both had unique storylines with not much overlap, if any, with the other books. On the other hand, books two and three were essentially the same story but told from the perspective of the two different couples in each book. It was nice to get more background on the machinations behind the characters' motivations, but at times, it felt stale and tedious, especially in book three while listening to it. If you enjoy slow-burn fantasy stories with decent world-building, this series is worth checking out; it’s just not an incredible one. The narrators across all four books did an excellent job with the story, and I recommend checking out the audiobooks!

What a special ending for these characters
• 𝑩𝒐𝒐𝒌 𝑹𝒆𝒗𝒊𝒆𝒘 •𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: ☆☆☆☆ 4.5/5I was looking forward to this story and I loved it as much ad I hoped. The politics, the action, the amazing characters, the spice and the love. I look forward to more stories in this world, but I'm happy that these characters got their happy ending.

Enemies to Star-crossed lovers
📚BOOK REVIEW📚The Endless War by Danielle L. Jensen(Book 4 in The Bridge Kingdom series)Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5Spice level: 🌶️🌶️/3Genres: Romantic FantasyTropes: enemies to lovers, forbidden love, political intrigue, star-crossed lovers, war, found familyZarrah is imprisoned on Devil’s Island (a remote island that houses the nation’s most dangerous criminals) due to treason against her Empress/aunt.Knowing that that’s where she is headed (and that she will likely die there), newly appointed King Keris concocts a plan to rescue her. The only issue is he needs to employ the help of his sister and brother-in-law (the Queen and King of Ithicana) for help, and he was just recently responsible for an attack on their island.Despite their countries being at war, Keris knows that him and Zarrah are the best chance for peace. If they are able to put her on the throne, they can end this war for good.Throughout the story, Keris and Zarrah deal with the fact that they are destined to be leaders of rival countries and can never truly be together. This story is dual-POV between Keris and Zarrah.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I really love this series. The blend of political intrigue with the romantic stories of the characters is so captivating. I enjoy that we get to see more of Lara and Aren in this one (I love a good character callback). The characters are all pretty sarcastic and snarky (especially Keris) which is always a fun addition to a book. The ending definitely made me cry (I won’t reveal if it was happy or sad tears to prevent spoilers). The star-crossed lovers aspect of this one really added a lot to the story.Overall, great finish to Keris and Zarrah’s story. If you like fantasy with unique-fascinating characters and interwoven plots, definitely check this series out.I look forward to when the next book comes out 😍Thank you to BOMM Tours for a copy of this to read ✨

Epic conclusion!
Wow! This was an epic conclusion to Keris and Zarrah’s story. Between the non-stop action, the character growth, and the cameos (Love Aren & Lara!), I could not put this book down. I adore Jensen’s writing style and loved how this book pulled in and brought together the first three books while giving us the best easter eggs on what is to come in the next installment with Ahnna’s story. Keris is one of my all-time favorite book boyfriends as I am constantly chuckling at his banter with all other characters! This man has it all and would literally burn the world for what he loves. Zarrah’s journey overcoming her insecurities and coming into her own were a joy to read. It was great having characters back from the first two books as well. Jor, the captain of Aren’s honor guard, is one of my fav side characters who plays the “father figure” so well. This book brought out all the emotions and I can not recommend this series enough!

Well that was satisfying
*In a Stephan voice* This book has it all: prison heist, island time, cannibals, a rebellion, war, ship races, hiding in barrels, betrayal, snakes, duplicate copies of important documents, and Aren’s cat! Ultimately this was a very satisfying conclusion to this duology and I feel good about where we’re leaving everyone.World Building: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Main Character(s): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Plot: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Spice: 🌶️🌶️

Surprisingly enjoyed this read!
I was not too excited to pick this up when it came out because I was honestly not a fan of Keris/Zarrah’s story from the 3rd book. I was obsessed w/ Lara & Aren. Guess I just needed a break because I ate this up!I enjoyed Keris’s character a lot. I loved the banter between him and the people around him. I found myself laughing by myself while reading. I loved his character development and his relationships w/ everyone. I probably enjoyed this because of Lara/Aren’s presence as well. The plot twists, the scheming and the secret plans. They’re both very smart.I already had a feeling about what Keris was going to do in the end. It felt fitting to his character though so I wasn’t mad about it.Love this series! Will definitely look at some of her other works now.4.5⭐️2🌶️

Immaculate series
I started this journey with Book 1 of Lara and Arens story. I will say that each book gets better and better. Not only is the writing excellent (plot), but the characters, politics, and everything else are well written. I haven't read a series I've loved more, and I prat Danielle keeps them coming!Keris and Zarrah had an amazing story. I would say the hardest job so far, as they worked to change the tide of their world and their people. The romance, the twists, the politics...it's all perfection! Can't wait for the next book!

I love this book!
WOW! Just WOW!I don't know how to describe to you my love for this series and how to convince you to read it...I love this fascinating, terrifying and brutally beautiful story.I love the stubborn, grumpy and somehow irresistible charming characters (we're not talking just about men here :-)).This is the 4th book and I really can't say which one I loved more.I’m in love with this series <3I enjoyed reading about Zarrah's and Keris’ brutal, raw and dangerous adventures.Their connection is so damn beautiful.Something about their love is different from the other siblings and family members. They're more intuitive and have more trust in each other.Their trust in each other is very difficult to break by their enemies. This book is unbelievably action-packed and dramatic.I started reading it and couldn't stop.Yeah, my hubby already knows this and is no longer surprised that sometimes spontaneous cooking is canceled in our home ;-)I swear you don't have even time to breathe during reading this book, so much is happening in a short time.So much dramatic, heartbreak and life changing events.I was asked what my favorite scene was from this book, and I couldn't choose just one.The answer after reading the whole book is definitely the drama from the "cliff" ;-)I was a complete wreck after that scene ended. This book is a masterpiece of fantasy romance. It's a wonderful, suspense-packed and gripping love story with the most beautiful HEA.I recommend the audiobook. Not only for this book, but for the whole series. The narrators are unbelievable good Summer Morten and Michael Pauley

Très bonne YA romantasy. The endless War avait vraiment beaucoup d'actions, l'écriture était très prenante ainsi que l'intrigue. Je n'avais pas envie d'arrêter de lire.
