The fit is perfect as described. Make sure to check the size chart before buying. You have to buy 2 sizes smaller than your shirt size, for example shirt size 42, buy this item in 38. The only reason I am not giving 5* rating is the fabric quality. Could have been a bit softer. For an inner wear this fabric is a bit course. But serves the purpose it is designed for - safety.
