### Review for Wakefit Office ChairI have been using the Wakefit office chair for just over a year now, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Initially, the chair was comfortable and seemed like a great purchase. However, over time, several issues have arisen.Firstly, the chair is no longer comfortable to sit in for extended periods. The back support keeps moving and does not stay in place, which has caused discomfort and back pain. Additionally, the chair's adjustment features, such as height adjustment, have stopped working entirely. This lack of basic functionality is frustrating, especially since these adjustments are essential for maintaining ergonomic posture.When I reached out to Wakefit's customer care, I was told that these issues are due to normal wear and tear. I find it hard to believe that the basic functionality of the chair, such as height adjustment, falls under wear and tear after just a year of use. Given that the chair comes with a 3-year warranty, I expected better durability and support from the brand.Overall, I am very disappointed with this purchase and the response from customer care. I cannot recommend the Wakefit office chair based on my experience, and I hope the company takes these issues seriously and improves their product quality and customer support.

Overall, I consider this chair to be value for moneyYou don't get a lot but what you get is enough for comfitable daily useReview below is based on one week of usagePros :1) Delivery - excellent. Before time.2) Installation - Delivery person also did the installation, that was excellent. A lot of online reviews for other brands have complaints of tilted chairs, but having the brand do the installation covers for that issue.3) Comfort and ergonomics - the chair is stable, and comfortable. I sit on it for 8 hours approx for daily work, and don't have any back or leg pains. Also, very easy to lean back for a few seconds of rest.4) Features - Mesh back helps with heat during Summers. Head tilt works well for support. Lumbar support is adequate. Height and recline adjustment are fine. Armrest moves up and down and can also move forward to a small amountCons :1) Cost : Got the chair for rs 5999, it was the lowest price with least amount of recent negative reviews. My opinion if the chair was for approx 4000 rs it would be the correct price. But the brand has to make a profit. Suggestion - try to get it during a sale if you can.2) Finishing : there was some rough finishing to the chrome base at the bottom where all the wheel spokes meet in the centre, like it wasn't smoothed out or polished.3) Height adjustment : I have set it to the lowest height and it is in line with the top of my table. Most readymade tables these days seem to be about 2 to 2.5 feet in height, so a lower height than what's currently available would help.4) Features : better lumbar support would help, for example, gaming chairs would give an actual cushion. If the back could lock in reclining positions it would be nice. A seat that could also move outwards would give better thigh support. There are also chairs that have seats that raise in alignment to back recline. However, all these features cost more money. Anywhere between 15 to 30 thousand.What this chair offers is a good value for daily use. No extras, expect the basics and they are enough for daily use without having to spend too much

The media could not be loaded. DeliveryCarton box used for packaging has been torn out as if someone tries to see what is in side. However, the packaging inside has been good.Delivered at location with out any issues.ProductEasy to installFitting screws and tool to fix the screws are includedFinishing has been decent not excellentPlastic used in making the chair is ok.Main issue is the head support piece is defective as I could not fix the screws due to either the holes are too big or lost the grip. As a result the head support piece is wobbling. I managed to fix the problem with Technician.
