I'm very happy with this helmet. I used it for about an hour and it was comfortable and adjusts quickly.The gloves that come with it are better than nothing but light duty with no padding, I actually put them in the truck for work gloves.If you're looking for an inexpensive auto darkening helmet you can't go wrong with this one.

For home project it's the best tool you can have in the garage

Works good. I like that I can adjust the level of shade, when using the helmet.

The auto-darkening feature, though not as lightning-fast as more expensive helmets, still works efficiently and offers adequate protection from harmful flashes and UV rays. The lens clarity is decent, allowing me to see the welding area clearly, though not as crisp as premium lenses.

This helmet is not recommended for new welders as there are no instructions on assembly or proper use.

While perhaps not completely suitable for ful on industrial use, this is certainly a more than adequate hood for intermittent use, as a back up, or for hobbiest, artisans, and others who simply need a inexpensive, yet well performing welding hood.The solar power variable shade alone is worth the price, and it makes working so much easier.The headband and pivots are fully adjustable and are in keeping withe the overall level of the hood construction, adequate but not overly robust, simply in step with the price.The included gloves are very nice as well, not good if you have very large hands, but if you normally wear a medium glove, I think you will be pleasantly surprised with the quality; it is very good.Spare plastic cover cover lenses are included as well, which again makes theis a very good bargain, you really can not go wrong with this item.

Helmet works great just wish the strap would open up a tad more can't get a hat under in for welding in the cold weather. I would recommend though not using the gloves past picking up your parts or very quick welds because they don't protect your hands very well
