Butter powder is an ingredient in several recipes I like to make. I bought this powder for the second time because I already knew it was a great product that tasted good. The second bag proved they are consistent with this product. Highly recommend.

Of you want to add flavor to ANY freeze dried meal, this is the product. I always open my freeze dried meals before my back country hunts and spice them up. Adding butter or heavy cream powder adds a richer flavor to your meals. For those of us on KETO this is a must.

I thought it would add a buttery flavor in cooked foods. It actually adds a powdery flavor. Just use butter - or even margarine! Butter flavor Crisco would even taste better. You can also add butter-flavor extract for a rich buttery flavor. There are better alternatives to this powdered butter - unless you don’t have a refrigerator where you can store dairy products.

I like salted butter and this tastes unsalted. It's not awful by any means and it's handy to have if I run out of butter. I wouldn't go putting it over popcorn tho bc it kinda just tastes like powdered milk.

Very gamey flavor, reminded me of house a barn smell. Disappointed! Bought it for a canoe trip. We could not even use this in baking, since it had such a strong unappealing flavor. Hard pass on this one.

I like it. It's MUCH healthier than the actual butter and STILL gives some flavor.

Very good, and it lasted for a good while. Excellent for emergencies, like if your refrigerator goes out.
