It did exactly what I wanted it to do. I sit slumped in my office chair and lean back but the back of the chair is not high enough to support the head so when I would lean my head back I'd be looking at the ceiling instead of other people. This helped with that problem. I use a blanket or towel over it because it's not exactly a good surface for a pillow. Everything gets adjusted slightly when I sit down by pulling up on the blanket a little. Perfect thickness, soft enough, wide enough. Did not use the Velcro, the rubber underneath is tacky enough to stay on my leather padded office chair. The frustration packaging was very annoying and I was thinking of giving a 1 star rating because of it. You'll heavy duty scissors, and a utility razor knife to open it and it's extremely hard to not cut into the new pillow or yourself. The pillow is vacuum packed inside super thick tough plastic and then that is wrapped with heavy tape and crazy glue or something. After opening it didn't smell and it popped right up to size quickly and was in use on the chair. I recommend it. Seems rugged enough. Durable. Good price and I'd guess it will last longer than the chair.

This is the right size and is very comfortable. When I first installed it on my recliner it kept falling down every time I got up. That’s the same as my pillow so what the heck. So I backed it as in the pic. It works just fine now. I’d like to upgrade this hack to make it look a little bit nicer, but it works.

I must like it enough if I'm still using it which I am. It constantly falls off the back of the chair I have it on so wish it had a sticker back side that clung to the cloth of the chair I have it on. As long as I'm using it, it stays in place but any time I move it falls. I'll keep using it tho.

It’s perfect. The role is not too big and I fall asleep so easily in my chair now… Lol.

I bought this one because it was reasonably well-reviewed. Very disappointed. The fabric is awful. It feels like it was ripped from the floor of an old truck. The pillow arrived compressed due to vacuum packaging. I've now given it 4 days to return to its shape, and it's still disappointingly small. However, it's the cover fabric that is most infuriating. I don't want this on my neck, face, or anywhere.

Took it out of the package, opened the plastic bag and said "No, this is going back". I didn't even want to try it out. Too scratchy and a hot material to rest my head on in my recliner. Not soft, not puffy, just scratchy material that looks cheap. Sorry, no deal. Now I have to wait for a label and mail it back. These items from unknown vendors are proliferating the Amazon marketplace. I'm going to check return guidelines now before I order anything. Unfortunately, much of the feedback has become unreliable. Products from China are infiltrating ... some good, many of poor quality. It's sad ...

I honestly do not understand the complaints in other reviews regarding softness. The cushion is perfectly soft and comfortable. It's also a great size - just enough to put my head in the best place to see the television and not crank my neck too far forward. Stays put well, even without the velcro they enclose. Wish it came in a slightly darker color to match my recliner, but that is an extremely minor concern - there are several colors to choose from. I'm happy with it.

Size is perfect for my neck and doesnt slip off the armchair. However it is not fleece. It's sherpa like material which is not as comfy and rather prickly.
