My daughter has this hat in the whale print and it is adorable. It matches her swimming suit which is so cute. Here's my problem with it, the brim isn't structured enough to do what I need it to do on a windy day. If it's windy at all, the thing flies up and around and I'm pretty sure the whole sun protection aspect of it goes right out the window. Or if I push her in a swing, this hat does not stand up to the task. It either tries to fly off or the brim flips back on itself and exposes her face to the sun. Aside from that, when we don't have crazy Texas winds, the hat is really awesome. My daughter loves to rip hats off but this one ties on and stays on beautifully despite her pulling at it, and eventually she accepts that she has to wear it to protect her little sunburn-waiting-to-happen face. Ultimately, it was worth the money.

My baby girl's got a huge head (95th percentile while the rest of her hovers around the 20th), so finding hats that fit her noggin is a challenge. We wanted something that would work to shield her face from the sun, and this fit her perfectly.

Love, love, love this hat. Cute pattern. The brim is super wide so my baby has a good amount of shielding from the sun. She is 3 months so it is still a little big on her, but plenty of room to grow. The hat ties around her chin, which I'm sure is great for adjust-ability, but very difficult to do when trying to hold her still and upright. I'd love it even more if it had the option of an elastic chin strap that could be shoved into the hat when she is a little bigger.

Cute and great sun protection, but it's so floppy that it annoys my daughter. I have to fight to get her to keep it on. Maybe when she grows into it a little more, it won't bother her so much.

This hat is very cute. I bought it to match the swimsuit I bought my daughter. The brim is very wide...much wider than it looks in the photo. Overall I am very happy with it.

My baby is 12 weeks old and is just fitting into this hat (0-6 months). She's on the small side though, about 11 lbs now. It still looks big on her, but works great! I have three hats for her, but this is the best. I love the pattern (pineapples!!!), but what I love most is how soft the fabric is. The other two sun hats she has are stiffer. This is nice when she's sitting in her car seat, as she can mash the hat behind her and not feel bothered by it! I appreciate how wide the brim is as well.

This sunhat has a wider brim than most I found for babies less than one year old. I had been concerned that the straps under the chin werent velcro, but they stayed tied tightly despite my daughter moving around. The 6-18m size fit my 6m old well with room to spare, but obviously all babies' heads grow at different rates. I did notice her hair was slightly sweaty when I removed the hat, but I would rather her have good sun protection than have a very breathable hat.
