It has chess, ludo, snakes and ladders, tiddly winnks and a host of other games, keep the 6 year old at bay, H eloves playing the old classic games and with so many to choose from, bordem is ut of the question. Its good value for money, the games and equipoment are well made, If you were to buy all these separately you'd be looking over £40 but for £18 it's a no brainer, pieces a little small for anyboy under 3 but, will withstand the hammer and abuse form a 6 year old. I have to agree this is deffo a good compendium to buy, even the parents will sneak in a game of ludo or sbnakes and ladders when the kids have gone to SLEEP BUY BUY BUY !!!!

What a terrific bargain for a compendium of traditional games. I was amazed at the quality of all the contents in this “ treasure box” of games- at such a great price. I paid more for one set of dominoes equal to the set included in this box. Do not be put off by the very low price- the quality of this product is superb and looks robust. Bought this to distract my 7 year old grandson from the games console when I look after him after school ( so really for my sanity!). Will have to read through the instructions as some of the games I have never even heard of but I hope he will enjoy good old fashioned board games. Really recommend this compendium.

Bought it for my 4 year old niece -helped her to quickly pick up numbers and also to understand winning/losing. Has been a great set for her play dates. It offers a lot to choose from but I dont think any one individual would know all the games in the pack. All the different boards and pieces are of good quality as well with clear pictures (a lot of other options were either too crowded with pictures or too many colours, ....) and also includes an instruction booklet for a variety of games.

This has bonded my kids. We did not realise that having physical set of board games just completely feels different. Now my kids play for over an hour before bedtime . Chess, ludo, checkers etc.

This is a brilliant compendium of games. We took it on holiday and had hours of fun in the evenings, especially Ludo. Lots of family competiveness.

There are cheaper games compendiums, but you get what you pay for!! THIS one is very good value when costed against buying the main games separately. The 4 boards {double sided} are good quality, the playing pieces ~ 'men' & counters ~ are plastic but serviceable, the dominoes are decent quality, as are the dice. I priced it out that to buy equal quality, you would be lucky to get 3 or 4 of the main games separately for the same money, & in this set you have what you need to play many more games which have playing instructions included in a booklet. I bought one of these as a gift for a friend. It was used by adults & given 5 stars, so I bought another for use at group gatherings once we are allowed to meet up again.

It does come with a lot of games and instruction but some of the game like Chinese Chess for example the board is too small for the stuff to move around. I used to play this game when I was young and I wanted to show my 2 years old boy when he grows up. Other than that happy with the purchase. I didn't even know there are a lot of different way to play the games which makes it about 100 games basically. I would probably stick to what I used to play and what I know but there are also a few games that I have never seen it before. I might have to read some where about how to play them since instructions can be a bit confusing.

Det är mycket spel men det ser lite väl billigt ut. De kunde ansträngt sig mer tycker jag, inget vidare reklam för de som utvecklat denna spellåda.

Es un kit muy completo. Los tableros (ajedrez, damas...) son de cartón-plástico pero no de mala calidad. Las instrucciones vienen en inglés pero las encuentras en castellano en internet y ya está. Yo lo recomiendo totalmente y está bien de calidad-precio.

Las instrucciones están en Ingles entonces es necesario hablar en idioma, pero si no lo buscas en la internet ;) La caja esta muy bien. Mi hijo esta muy feliz de tener tantos juegos y todo se guarda en la misma caja con sus espacios para que este organizado.
