Well made heavy duty organizer, needs a mounting template
The media could not be loaded. This pull-out cupboard organizer seems heavy duty and well made. It is easily as good as similar ones we had gotten previously from big-box stores. The drawer itself comes in two pieces, probably for easier shipping, but it assembles securely into one drawer. The slides seem to work smoothly with little effort, just as you would like. And when the drawer is fully in the cabinet, it has a little indent so it stays in place. The only real problem with these is the installation. The instructions are somewhat minimal, but the basic installation is fairly easy if you have done anything similar. The biggest problem is in marking the spots to drill the holes to mark where the rails should be mounted. The rails have slotted holes so you have some leeway in positioning them as long as the screw holes in the cabinet floor end up at the center of those holes. But in my case alignment was critical because the drawer organizer barely fits in the cabinet and the opening is even smaller than the inside of the cabinet. Because of this I actually assembled the unit and set in in the cabinet to mark the screw locations. But it was hard to get the rail brackets to sit level on the cabinet bottom so you knew where they would end up. And it was also hard to get a pencil in to mark the location of the slotted holes since the rails were in the way. I ended up getting lucky with the placement, but it might not have worked out. I thought I was putting the screw hole nearer to the middle of the slots, but they ended up being at the very inner edges of the slots since the rail brackets were not totally flat when I marked their location. It would have been very helpful if they had just provided a template to use for marking the hole locations. But other than the somewhat difficult installation, the end result is very satisfactory at a reasonable price.

So nice and organized, and even easier to find things!
Excellent storage option in the kitchen. Functions well and slides in and out smoothly loaded with canned goods and other items. They will be easily cleaned with dish soap and a damp cloth. They arrived in tact and no damage to packaging or contents. Constructed of sturdy chrome components that should last for many years. Minimal amount of assembly required.

a challenge to install
Installed 6 of these, may install 2 more. These are heavy-gauge steel, very sturdy and seem like they will last forever.10/10 on quality. Installation difficulty 7/10.INSTALLATION: The shelves in my cabinets are fixed in place, so to drill mounting holes meant working on my side and stomach on the floor. I do a lot of yoga, and still this installation exercise put a crick in my neck. A DeWalt 90 degree bit attachment set ($20 at Home Depot) and a 6" flexible extension helped immensely. I made a drilling template from 1/2" plywood, with a lip that registered the template to the front of the cabinet and used clamps to hold it in place while drilling the mounting holes. The manufacturer would do well to include a drilling template on the box or in the instructions. Mounting the slides was fairly easy after all the prep-work, and having the right tools. The screws are not magnetic, so that made installing them a little more difficult. I waxed all the screws to make the screwing easier, and it was still a bit of a struggle.

Functional
The media could not be loaded. It’s functional. Sturdy. Makes it easier to access pots and pans. Best to mark and pre-drill holes, then install the glide tracks without the basket, and then snap the basket into place.

Great addition to kitchen cabinets
I am a senior lady who was able to install these with ease. I drilled small hole where all the screws were marked to go. It made it easier to set the screws since they are small and not magnetic . I am really pleased with the quality.

Perfect for an older kitchen!
The media could not be loaded. These metal pull out racks are absolutely perfect for our kitchen - I was struggling for over a year with storing my pots and pans and wish I had bought these sooner! I wasn’t sure if they would actually hold up or slide out enough but they are absolutely perfect. It has made organizing my kitchen so much better and putting away dishes so much easier. We have an older kitchen and the shelves don’t move, so being able to add a slide out shelf like this has been great! The quality is better than I was expecting and works well for my stainless steel pans. These are a great value and are truly a simple yet amazing addition to my kitchen. I’m actually excited to cook again knowing I can easily access my pots and pans in our deep cabinets!

Good product installation difficult
This is a quality product, but installation was frustrating. The screws they provide are non- magnetic, so screwing the front side in was extremely frustrating, maneuvering between the two metal grates. The back screws were somewhat better since the tray can be fully extended to remove the grated tray out of the way.Do yourself a favor and purchase 1/2” wood screws if you are installing these in a “dry cabinet”(not under the sink).
