I have heard Kato made good stuff, but wow. This locomotive is by far the best I have ever owned. it runs so quiet and smooth. it has white lights in the front and red in the back when going forward that switch when running in reverse. that is very cool. I am going to have a very hard time buying any other HO brand at this point.
