If you’re coming to this from a previous Sennheiser SC 165 headset like I was, I can tell you this is virtually identical and if you liked that one you will like this one.I used the SC 165 for over 4 years and loved it, and in other applications I tend to like Sennheiser for microphones in general, so I was nervous about this being from EPOS jointly. But after about 6 weeks of heavy use the C10 is performing almost identically. The microphone is maybe very slightly worse at rejecting voices coming from the side, but even when I’ve had to use this in more noisy public spaces it does an adequate job for the price point of rejecting everything but my voice. It’s a small enough difference I would chalk it up to manufacturing variance and is well within what I would expect in the under $100 range

A very solid performer at an very reasonable price. My laptop only had USB-C ports (and I don’t like using those big adapters) - so this worked very well.

Having a bit of trouble with a Mac and in some meetings its staticy and in others it is not and I can't figure it out.

I do not purchase this product unless you’re sure your PC is compatible. I got stuck with these earphones and they don’t have the correct plug for my work PCWaste of money

Cheaply made. Sound is slightly below average. Works with new iPhone and computer.Was not useful for zoom calls. Can’t hear anything.

Someone might've mentioned that a spendy headset with multiple "call" features won't work with an Android phone? Dead on my Motorola.
