Columbia Women's Peakfreak Enduro Trail Shoe

These have been the best shoes and are still in great shape and look good after all this time. Very comfortable only negative on some types of flooring they can be a bit noisy.

First off, i chose this shoe as it's more like a trainer than a bulky hiking shoe. It's low profile and very sleek, but I find it's on the narrow side and just barely made the length for a size 9M. That said, it's still wearable with a thin sock, cushioning is firm but comfy as per a hiking shoe and grip is awesome on slick, wet roads. Love that it's Omni Dry so it stays dry in wet conditions. I would go up half a size in this style though, but highly recommend.

I was looking for a trail shoe for an upcoming vacation. Went to all of the sporting goods stores and tried them ALL on. The only one I found any comfort in was Columbia so when I seen these for such a great price, I was excited. I wasn't really liking the color so much but when I received these, the color was great (they are actually a darker gray than shown). They are very comfortable...the sole is a little on the stiff side but I'm sure I will be happy with them. Looking forward to hiking all the trails now!

I was impressed with this shoe, especially for the price I paid. Disappointed that I am returning, may try a half size up. Am used to a roomier toe fit in my walking, hiking shoes. Otherwise I was pleased with the shoe.

Columbia Women's Peakfreak Enduro Trail Shoe,Truffle/Riptide,9 M USThe shoes fit as expected and were comfortable to wear.The Truffle/Riptide was not the color I expected, I thought they would be more grey than brown in color. But, they are very brown with turquoise highlights and laces (which is visually not very attractive in my eyes anyways!)The biggest problem is that they were described as "outdry waterproof construction" and were in actuality far from being waterproof or even water-resistant. My feet were instantly soaked right through when it started to rain and the shoes were like wet sponges on my feet!

Fit great -- I replaced the insole with one for plantar fasciitis because I have that problem. The insole came out easily and the new one fit great. These shoes were perfect for hiking in the Rockies, as well as for bicycling / walking around town.

My favorite walking shoes are Columbia shoes. However, I do have a narrow heel and true medium foot and since they run narrow, they fit me really well. These are great, lightweight shoes for spring, summer walking. I use different Columbia's in winter.

Love this shoe. I wore these out as a park ranger.Would buy again
