Excellent! I bought for my athletic 24 year old son. He loves this product! My regular lemonade electrolytes were not enough for him. I knew Dr.Berg would provide a sports electrolytes product. My son can definitely tell a difference. He is a kickboxer & regularly works out. Great product! Really makes a difference for him.

I only need to drink one of these to feel completely hydrated with 20oz of water. Was skeptical but Dr. Berg got me with this one. Definitely on subscription (repeat purchase).

It tastes bad but works well. I just added a waterbottle packet of natural strawberry lemonade to it. Then it was great

I like that this product is truly zero sugar and has a much higher potassium content than most electrolyte products, but the flavor is really lacking as it just tastes like salty water , BodyArmour makes a similar product zero sugar with 700mg Potassium per serving but tastes way better than this...if you are a keto purist than you probably wont mind but if you want something that tastes good look elsewhere

Good product. I've consumed many electrolytes and Dr Bergs product focuses on the potassium and I feel a different on it. It's one I recommend.

To me this product was sickly sweet. Could only take two swigs and then was nauseous. Decided to toss the rest. Waste of money. 🤢
