The Real Deal!
I've purchased a number of Sabrecut products over the past 2/3 years and have held off reviewing them so I could adequately test the purchases. I've always reasoned with myself that perhaps while a little on the pricey side these tools have all the marks of quality about them and they are engineered to last and with that adage I have tried to purchase quality where possible. If I have a job to do I need tools that I can depend on and any person in any trade will tell you that over time quality more than pays for itself. This is an extremely usable and invaluable little set and even today trying to get at a Philips screw where no normal screwdriver would go it once again saved the day.

Great piece of kit!
Cracking little ratchet! Bought this to get to remove a near impossible access bolt on the back of an alternator. Very fine ratchet is great in tight spaces!

initial impressions
the down side , yellow /silver original suppliers package has been cut open at bottom and contents were loose in outer package ( obviously opened or a return item ) not impressed , i expect pristine , brand new , if i’m buying and paying for a brand new item … sabrecut please take note , positive side , i’ve been working professionally with hand tools for over 35 years , and own cheap crap to snap on etc , this particular tool is to keep as emergency tool kit for motorbike use when out n about , so has to be , compact , light , functional and 100% reliable . the tool is pretty well made and finished and the adjustable functionality is very good , all you have to do is add your particular choice or 1/4 hex drive bits ( torx / allen key ) or 1/4 drive sockets . if the claims of the torque limits of the items are true , then i’m pretty sure i / or anybody wanting a very compact / very versatile / reliable drive tool won’t be disappointed. just make up your kit accordingly to your needs . hope to purchase more from the range , either for personal or professional use .

Ideal addition to a home, EDC or mobile tool kit
The first thing you'll notice is how hefty this thing is, it feels well made and the magnets are strong. You get a flex head ratchet that takes 1/4'' bits/extensions, a 1/4 hex to 1/4 socket adapter so you can use sockets with it and an extension bar which can also double as a T-handle. Can be used in a variety of combinations - please see the photos for details I have it in my house kit for light odd jobs but thinking of getting another one for my motorcycle kit to combine with the Wera Tool Check Plus. This item is probably made under contract by TopTul and you can buy the near identical thing under the ICON brand by Harbor Freight in the USA or in the R-PICO set by Facom and also by TopTul themselves if you search CHEV0811. Is it worth the price? - probably if you already have sockets and bits you want to use with it. Most of the other ways of owning it are in a set with bits and sockets which cost a lot more.

Seems as good as the Facom version
Excellent build quality. Bought as something to cover all screw driving needs and to drive 1/4” sockets with the included adapter. Tiny, light and cheaper than the Facom equivalent. Every toolkit should have one. The only downside is cost.

Great first impression
Great first impression. Seems well built and of a high quality. I'm yet to put it through its paces though. I had to put in my EDC tool kit and the compact size is perfect. Yes it's a little on the expensive side but hoping that translates into a tool that will serve me well for years to come. May update this review in a year or so with an update. As for now, I can't fault it

EDC Heaven
This little tool has come in handy so many times. Having so many teeth, small movements make moves. The quality is nothing to be concerned about. Worth keeping in the car with a small set of sockets as it wont take up any space at all. You'll be glad yo umade the investment. I know I am. Strongly recommended.
