Works great, the cover keeps the dust contained.
This did a very good job of putting a point onto 3 pieces of tungsten, 1 piece of 1/16 inch at 15 degrees, and 2 pieces of 3/32 at 18 degrees. It was quick and did not even run the battery down far enough to cause it to drop a battery charge level from full. The cover did a good job of keeping the dust contained, only a small amount leaked out of one of the holes for the next size of electrode down. The hole in the cover is a touch big when doing the smaller electrodes, when using the small holes, the hole in the cover is big enough to leave more than one open.On the bigger holes, it only leaves the one you are using open. The motor in the tool did not seem to bog down while sharpening electrodes, it seems to have good power. The 3 electrodes I sharpened did not seem to wear the diamond wheel at all. This did the job quite well without the need to find an outlet to plug it into.

Works Well
This thing works pretty well, but as you can see it doesn't work as well as a turbosharp. It has a speed adjustment (for the pictures taken I had it cranked up all the way). The first tip I ground at 20 degrees, then 18 the second time. I like that it comes with a spare battery, because that allows you to essentially use it like a Dremel rotary tool when not grinding welding tips. I haven't tried this head on a Dremel, but I don't see why it couldn't be used on one if need be. I did have to bust out a mallet to get the wishbone in the grinding head - that was the only pain associated with putting this together and using it. I'd recommend it to anyone who needed one, but if you have the money for the name brand it will do a better job and, from the looks of it, have a longer lasting grinding wheel.
