Genuine CD with 18 Michael Jackson top songs like Billie Jean and Beat It, Thriller.

Like the tittle says, I'm not a Michael Jackson fan (I'm more into rock/metal/soundtracks) and I didn't think too well of him as a person, but I do have an open mind when it comes to music and I admit he was the King of Pop for a good reason.Michal Jackson's greatest hits = a piece of pop music history & some very fun music to listen to, I like the attitude he brings to his singing, I can't help it to listen to him and picture him dancing in my head.I was familiar with Billie Jean, Beat it, Thriller, Bad, Black or White, Don't stop 'til you get enough, and my personal favorite Smooth Criminal, and all those songs are here along with some others I didn't know but most of them are pretty good overall.However, the disc comes in a little cardboard box that honestly is the WORST I've ever seen. I'm familiar with cardboard boxes because most cd+dvd albums tend to come that way, or 3 disc concerts, but they're all quite easy to open...NOT this one, I tried for almost 5 minutes to open it and there was no way, I was pulling the inside of the cardboard box to try to open it and I was already ruining the package on the sides due to the strengh without any sings of the freaking package opening...In the end I took a pair of scissors, cut the package and ended up putting the pieces on a normal square plastic box and making my own box with the cardboard pieces.Sure, It was interesting to do, but I really can't imagine how and who had the idea to make this package so awfully bad...I don't know if it's only for the Romanian edition (the one I got) but I'd truly recommend you to buy another MJ Hits edition and avoid this one due to the crappy package/box.The music is worthy of 5 stars, there's not denying that, you get all the world famous hits plus some other songs(79mins of music) and at this price (bellow 5 pounds) is a great deal, but I'd prefer to have paid 2 o 3 pounds more and get the disc on a normal plastic box like 95% of cds, too bad the product description didn't mention it was a crappy cardboard package...

A stunning collection and only the tip of the iceberg, there is so much more to enjoy beyond these super hits if you like what you hear. Michael Jackson, the real Michael Jackson, can be found in the music he put his Soul in to, not in the words alone of men pursuing money.

Michael Jackson...the man and his music. He leaves us his legacy through his songs, and his video's.I grew up listening to him, and every song in the 80's was a success, that will be appreciated by generations to come.I owe this album the number ones, and every song on this album is bound to get you wanna sing, and dance. A great album, if you ever want to owe one of Michael Jackson;s album....this is the one to get.Songs like: Billie Jean, Beat it, Thriller, Dirty Diana, Smooth criminal, etc etc, difficult to say which one is top, because they all are.Highly Recommended.

Great Album - BUT in the listing it says it has Man in the Mirror on the album - on the CD I received there was no man in the mirror on it???? I assume that this is an error in the listing.
