Awful customer service
This was a gift for my granddaughter she drove it a day then it started turning off or not even going at all. I reached out to the company they said it had to charge…duh pretty sure most people know that. That didn’t fix the issue I asked for a refund and after a few days that was approved. Boxed it up took it to ship they said that will be $363. I have never had to pay for shipping with a product on Amazon. Brought it back home reached out again to the company because I wasn’t paying shipping on a defected item especially a high priced item that worked one day. After a week of back and forth emails they said it’s my problem and I had to pay for shipping. Don’t buy from this company!!! They are ripping people off. It’s garbage.

beautiful vehicle ♥️
The media could not be loaded. The vehicle is really beautiful, its intense color, the battery really surprised me, lasting almost 3 hours, very well structured and safe, the seller sent it quickly and it was my Christmas gift for my 2-year-old daughter, and its super large size, it fits 2 children ♥️🥰🎄

Better than some of the more expensive models.
I bought this along with a Range Rover power wheel for my other daughter and while the range rover was more expensive, the Chevy was much more powerful as it was able to power through the grass and up slight inclines that caused the range rover to fail.

Delivery
Item is nice but the delivery was bad. There is a E-Signature part where the shipper wants the buyer to sign so they know that you received the item… FedEx was bringing it in the morning when everyone was at work… I had to go personally on my own time to Fedex 40 mins away… other than that item is good. Item did not say that there has to be a E-Signature.
