I recently purchased 6 x 14ml tinlets of enamel modelling paints to finish off a plastic car model I was assembling. The order I placed arrived after about 4 days but there was a change to one of the colours that I had ordered.when I queried this I was happy to accept the nearest alternative to the colour that I requested.I was pleased with the service I received

When ordered I was unsure how I would pick the 6 colours. But I was pleased that I was contacted the next morning via email asking what colours I wanted.When I ordered the numbers I thought I needed they responded straight away and let me know that I had ordered the wrong sort of paint, but instead of cancelling the order they offered a solution and I ended up with the correct colours for my needs.Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Good Purchase
I failed to email the colours as couldn't see email address to send to, got a phone call asking what colours I needed, Paints arrived two days later. Will order again for the next round of paints needed.

Not what I ordered!!
Absolutely terrible. Not the colours I ordered and they are needed to colour code kitchen equipment in a school. I ordered 2xpurple, 2xgreen, 2xblue, 2xred, 2xwhite, 2xblack, 2xorange and 2xyellow. NO PURPLE, YELLOW OR GREEN AND 6x VARIOUS SHADES OF RED. TOTALLY USELESS FOR OUR NEEDS.
