Researched Nutritionals Multi-Biome Multi Strain Probiotic - Soil-Based Probiotics with Lactobacillus Probiotic Strains for Immune, Histamine, Cytokine, Digestive Health & Gut Support (30 Capsules). This is a wide range of bacteria of a specific group of strains. This should be good for my wife who complains other probiotics make her itchy. The sellers listing implies that this should not. I do have to take one star off for labeling. I am unable to find where this product is manufactured nor the country of origin. I think we all want to know where something is from before ingesting it. I have come to believe that when it comes to supplements, its usually better to get your nutrients from whole and natural sources and a clean pure diet. I'm also an ardent believer in the critical role and importance our microbiome plays in everything from our immune system and even mood. I try to eat greek yogurt and kombucha daily as well as other fermented foods. But recently I was a bit lax in my diet and noticed the first consequence of an unwell microbiome, losing regularity for a few days. I also felt sluggish and as if my body was fighting something. These arrived at the perfect time. I must admit being very skeptical when I saw the price which seemed a bit spendy and overdone. But I have to admit that after just a few days my system seemed to reset after taking these. That might seem dramatic to see such quick results, but bacteria reproduce at an incredible rate so results can be achieved very rapidly. I am grateful to now include these in my routine and probably will stagger when I take them to mitigate the cost and use them as a maintenance supplement when I notice a variance in my metabolism.
