My kids LOVE this! Not only do they love pancakes, but the fact that they're packed with veggies is a mom win. There's so many ways to use the pancake mix too.

It was so simple and easy to make. My kids LOVED them! They had a low glycemic index, which I loved. So heathy and great!

The whole family loved them including my husband and 10 month old baby. I made them on my griddle and ate them with butter and real maple syrup. The edges crisped up, and the consistency was like a dense pancake. My 10 month old baby devoured them. I love that she liked them, especially knowing they are packed with protein and veggies.

Very easy to make for my 4 and 2 year old kids. They are pretty average eaters—not extremely picky but certainly won’t eat everything I give them. The 4 yo are half of what I gave her no problem, the 2 yo ate the whole serving without fuss.I loved them! Once they get cold they dry up a little bit but still tasty. I would definitely recommend and buy again.

I tried the chocolate chip pancakes. Pancakes were definitely not light and fluffy. Gummy texture taste likes cardboard. I found out the product is not returnable. I tried the recipe for mini muffins and they did taste better than the pancakes. I ate 3 over an afternoon. My IBS flared and I didn’t get any sleep that night. I will be donating my unopened packages to the food bank.

Delicious! We tried the cinnamon churro flavor and my son kept asking for more! I will be purchasing more soon.
