PERFECT FOR THE JOB
These are the best shower curtain hooks I have ever used, so much better than the plastic ones which get brittle and break after a while. These unlatch easily and relatch very positively and the strength is massively more than needed for a shower curtain,. In use they look great. I hope they are rustproof as advertised!

Much better than daft plastic ones; a bit of a fiddle to install but glad I did. Zero sign of any corrosion so they look like decent steel.
